Literally will not answer the phone. Called 4 different times and waited for over an hour and no answer. Finally ride down there and they basically told me they didn’t care and were very very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Dealt with the Manager Danny. Who appears to be a very honest young man, I was impressed with his knowledge of Engines/Transmissions. I explained to him my engine situation and that I needed my vehicle for an upcoming trip. Danny had a reasonable priced engine in stock with low miles, and was able to have it installed at his shop as well for a very reasonable price ,with a three month warranty. I would Highly Recommend CROWN AUTO PARTS, in Elkton VA. you probably can't beat the price or service he provided anywhere.
Not professional at all, you call them for parts and they tell you we will call you back, you call them again they tell you we still need to check for your part. They never call back. Two days later you call them they take the call but thy don’t talk to you and you hear them having side conversation while you’re waiting to talk to you . I don’t recommend dealing with them.
Call for a 2004 dodge caravan driver side mirror and they wanted 40 bucks when I can go to advanced buy a new one for 60 or order one for 40 brand new this place has sold me wore out struts with broken welds and didn't even bother checking them before selling them to me then I noticed as I left.. they charge almost full price for everything including window regulator components ECT when they literally have like 25 dodge caravan sitting there
Went to get parts there, they didn't have them but was far from home and staff and management were super helpful and located the parts we needed to get us home. Thanks guys 😁 and to all the shops I've been,(and been to quite a few) that's the best service I have ever got! Folks do your used parts shopping here first, you'll be glad you did!
Never call you back never go and check for the items you ask about and dont expect them to ive been waiting 5 months on a call back about a door never heard back about a switch and today once again for a alternator ill just continue to have to look elsewhere
Very long wait little help. I feel as though your treated by who you are how you look so if you are a a man looking for parts come on down now ladies if you want service put a mini skirt on and you we get what you need
These folks are great! Needed a part for a repair on an older car. Need it done quickly but could not get away from work during their opens hours. they gladly took payment over the phone and made easy arrangements for me to get the part after hours.
