I had an accident ( i ran into a detached wheel from another truck at highway speed) on i81 in my tractor trailer, Mickey came to my rescue, it was night and freezing cold and job got complicated but he got it done. Very professional people from the gentleman on the phone to the guys that loaded my damaged tractor on my lowboy. Pricing was very fair no complaints. Good people. Thanks again!
stay away!!!!!!!!!! my truck got stuck in the parking lot because of the heavy snow. They only towed it from the parking lot to the road, but still charged me $1,500. I tried contacting other towing companies, but they didn’t allow any outside towing companies to enter.
The snow had already been cleared at several nearby gas station parking lots, but they intentionally didn’t clear the snow and then charged extremely high towing fees.
Good morning. After a bad day of my radiator going out on my truck, on the mountains, I was recovered by 1 of the nicest & professional guy name Mr. Jeff. He got me towed in safety & also waited on me to get a bite to eat & dropped me off to my destination. Im forever grateful & will recommend Whites Towing & Recovery to anyone in the Virginia or West Virginia area.
My car broke down and they were able to get a dolly tow to me and bring my car an hour away to the closest dealership to have my car looked at. They came within a half hour of our call and took very good care of my car. Their equipment was top notch. The gentleman that towed my car was very kind and professional. He let my daughter and I take the drive to the location with him. Very happy with their service.
They did a very good job with my breakdown. They were fast on getting a tow truck out to me and were very professional with the entire process. Jeff, the tow operator, went above and beyond in assisting me with acquiring parts for my repair. Would most definitely recommend them for any light and heavy towing needs! Thanks once again!!

Being from PA, having the ability to have truck and trailer towed together is great. They’re my first call in the Raphine/Fairfield area!
Recommended. Before I called White’s Towing & Recovery I tried my chance in two different towing companies but they didn’t even take time to talk to me. Because my truck was down literally 100 feet from TA truck repair shop. The other dude with another company was rude and I could say that he hung up the phone on me. I think price is not crucially important here but the thing is that Bobby was nice and kind on the phone. They sent me Jeff (the tow truck driver, very respectful and kind gentleman) within 15-20 mins. He was fast and knew what he was exactly doing. After diagnosis I got to know that my truck would not start and called Bobby back. This time he gave me reasonable discount to pull my truck out of repair shop. Again Jeff was the one who served. Even though the whole situation is unpleasant but I’m happy to work with these guys at White’s Towing & Recovery. Thank you Jeff & Bobby. Good job! Good luck!
Beware!!! highway robbery/greed.....Attempted to charge me $700 for a 10 mile tow. Then I called back, and I said well How much will you charge to get me across the road?""" From the pilot to the Petro , they are in the petro parking lot,,, and he said $600. Stay away from these criminals!!!!
I was stuck and Bobby went out his way to encourage me that I can do it myself and told me what all I needed to do. I ended up paying him for help. And although it was $500 for them to just guide me on how to get out of there myself, I still didn’t mind paying it for the simple fact that I was under too much stress & he went out my way to assist me. His customer service is a 10/10 and his worker, Jeff was gentle with me and patient with me. He even escorted me to where I needed to go so I won’t stuck again. Being a solo brown woman truck driver in Virginia specifically is not easy, so for them to not treat me with disrespect was very refreshing. I usually don’t do reviews, but I just had to do this one, THANKS🙏🏽!
Called because I was out of fuel 200 yards from truck stop. They came and helped me get going. I asked to pay them and they wouldn’t take any payment. Very nice person who helped me also. Thanks to Whites for the help. 👍🙋♂️🥵
I heavily recommend this towing company. Super helpful! We were in a tough situation with a local shop and Bobby was very helpful and honest with me in what he could do. He was super kind to my driver who had just been through hell with that other shop. I really appreciate this company and their help. I have them in the rolodex now.
Would leave 0 star if i could. Terrible, horrible, very bad service. I've had an accident , they've towed my car to Lee Hi Towing ( the same company) which was 2 miles away from the accident zone. They've charged me $600 for 2 miles. The man that I spoke with was super rude. NEVER use their service again. Dont waste your money and your time here.
Would leave 0 stars if I could! Was given an ETA of 75-85 minutes, after waiting 120 minutes I called the number provided in my confirmation. The person I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional, requesting that I don’t call them and said that no one was being dispatched and then hung up on me.
I called to just get a quote and they guy I talked to did NOT let me finish my statement and very rudely interrupted me to tell me that they have no one available and hung up on me before I could say anything... I WILL NOT call and ask again nor will I EVER use them. They are rude. I would put no stars if I could. I wont even recommend yall to anyone.
The guy who showed up to tow my truck was rude. type of crazy guy, he was talking to himself cursing all time and I was waiting for him to say something to me, so I can break his nose.
