  Have been trying to get my car back for roughly a year from impound but they playing keep away prob for the city's boredest, now they wanna sell my own PERSONAL PROPERTY back to me when I have sole title to MY vehicle and refuse to come to let me get my other PERSONAL PROPERTY out of said vehicle without a charge for it! JANKY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MOST LIKELY THERES A COMPLEXION BARRIER. HOW DO YOU GET BLACKBALLED FROM YOUR OWN PROPERTY? EASY THE HELPING, MIND U MLK JR VYNIL IN WINDOW SAYS IT WAS A TARGET AND WHY THEY CAMPED NEAR MY HOME TO ENTRAP ME
