Called Ray on a Sunday to see if he could tow vehicle from my house into the dealership for an early Monday appointment. He gave me a firm and fair quote for the job and was at the pickup within a hour. Ray was very careful getting into my driveway without running on any of my neighbors lawns. He took the time to find good securement points on the car and secured on the truck at all four corners. Excellent service, I would highly recommend RC Towing. Thank you again Ray!
When calling and asking questions I would never expect for a Lady to use such foul language. Calling people names like “retarded” I hope this company finds this employee and makes things right. Awful customer service.
