Absolute RIP OFF - towed my vehicle 2 blocks and wanted $650 all because it was a Friday right at closing time. The young man said I would have to wait til Monday bc he didn't know how much my bill would be .... $650 on that following Monday .. absolute RIP off and they know they got you , just don't even care !
I was so touched by the DCT employee that I ask him if I could I say a prayer for him. He accepted. He was truly a kind and courteous human being. He was fast and also very professional. Rock stars work here !
Our truck broke down on 81 on a Sunday evening. It was around 8:30 pm and quickly getting dark. The interstate was scary and busy.
It took about 20 minutes for our USAA roadside assistance connected us to DCT Towing. DCT showed up within 25 minutes of being assigned the job. Their tow truck driver was amazing, fast and efficient and got us safely off of the interstate and home.
If you need a tow, call these men they'll have your back! I can't be more appreciative of this man's company, getting out to us as quickly in the snow & towing us to a shop & finding us a hotel for us. The owner has the biggest heart, and I can't thank him enough for saving us! May God bless this company
got stuck on a park trail in our mustang late at night, they not only came to get it but were very kind and friendly, then led us back out to the main road because google maps got us lost. they also did a great job and the car came out undamaged even though it was stuck in mud and surrounded by rocks.
They towed me from the highway in VA to a repair shop that they recommended (who was also excellent) then towed my truck home 6.5 hours to NJ. It was a reasonable price to haul my large diesel truck over 400 miles. The guys were friendly and helpful and obviously good at what they do. If you need a long distance tow, give DCT a call. Definitely recommend.
Stopped seeing we broke down,wanted make few bucks hale dude didn't have enough marble to load my ride! Asked for 300 bucks to go 9 miles ! Place is a joke man dude buy some scope also worse breath Eva ,wouldn't lett this guy move my bike buncha ha ha's talking idiots
Scott from DCT was phenomenal. I had a blowout at 9pm on new years day and he was there within 30 minutes to hook up my van, towed me to the ONLY tire center that would be open the next morning to get me on the road THEN took me and my bags to a hotel for the night AND GOT ME A DISCOUNTED Stay!! Thanks so much Scott for getting me on my way and thanks Jack for sending him lol
James helped us out getting my truck to a shop. He was very professional, had a great sense of humor and was quick. Definitely going to call this company for anymore tows!
