Very nice people at J&J. But we're very disappointed that we drove there from Floyd after calling J&J and were told they'd take our vehicle for $120 after I gave them a description of it. They refused to take it for any amount, even $20 just so we could get it off of our trailer. But, as stated before they were very nice people and we were thrilled they were open until 5 pm. But, we will continue to use D&M.

Dropped vehicle off running and fine other than water pump being out. After replacing the water pump the truck no longer runs. They could not give an explanation to this and was very rude!!! Told me they were going to put the truck outside the gates and would have to pick it up. I will never give them my business again and sorry I did this time. Do not recommend.
I went to J & J recently to see if they had some seats and some other interior pieces for my old Honda CRV....to my surprise they had the front bucket and back seat and they were in great shape and clean. The staff was very patient and professional while I chose some other items to spruce up my CRVs insides...got all of them for a great price!

I will never recommend this place. Was scheduled at 10am. They lied and said there was an accident on the interstate, which I looked up and there wasn’t any accidents near us. 5 hours go by and I called for the 3rd time asking what was going on. The man claimed he knew nothing about the 10 o’clock appointment and said he wasn’t going to pick my car up today. I would NEVER call them or recommend them to anyone for the poor customer service.
Very rude lady answered the phone. Did not want to be bothered. No in-depth questions asked about my vehicle. Sounded as if she rolled her eyes as she hung up.
