Really great, good and respectable establishment. The guys helped my Wife and I get Our car safely on the road with tighting the screws for the windshield wipers. All of the guys were Very respectful and seemed so concerned about our well being and the car . Definitely would recommend coming here for the care of Your car and care for yourself.
Very professional and friendly team, they know what they are doing and get the job done both quickly and easily. I was pleasantly surprised that even getting a tow for a vehicle that was in a hard to get position was not difficult for them. The price was also great and not overpriced and exploitative like a lot of other towing companies. Completely recommended to friends family and others who need assistance.
These guys are great!!! I was involved in an accident got T-boned and knocked my boat off the trailer. Fortunately, there was no damage to my boat. They handled my boat with silk gloves and did not put a scratch on it loading it on the wrecker. got it back to the yard loaded it back on Destroyed trailer and put it back on in a way that I can purchase a new trailer and pull it right on these guys are highly recommended. All three are very professional took my bad day and made it better.
What a great towing company, we locked our key in the trunk of our Mercedes. We had a locksmith come unlock the car but it put the vehicle into anti-theft mode. We called Third Street to tow our Mercedes to our house after AAA said it was going to be 3 hours till they could get there. I called Third Street and within 40 minutes they were there. Chris was a get driver and very friendly. I highly recommend Third Street.

🐱THANK YOU🐱 for helping rescue the tiniest baby kitten that was trapped in the under carriage of a vehicle and very scared. We tried everything from trying to get it out ourselves, for several hours, and even animal control, but nothing worked and no one could get him out. We finally called Third Street Wrecker and they came out promptly, lifted the car on one side and when that didn’t work, lifted it up on the other side and finally the kitten got out and didn’t even charge for the service! What angels they are.
This place is awesome and very courteous. Gentle with your vehicle, friendly, reasonably priced, and overall great. If you need anything towed, contact them!
This company is awesome! I don’t usually commend towing companies. However, when my car was towed unexpectedly, they were extremely patient and cared about my dilemma. I had to pay, rules are rules. 🤣. However, Kelly, the receptionist was very therapeutic. The manager and entire staff were kind and helpful.
My 1976 ford pinto was having problems one day so I decided to call third street wrecker to come tow it for me. Great people! They were Super easy to work with, and I was over all very pleased with their services! Would recommend to a friend.

Update: Best windshield ever excellent quality glass better than OEM in terms of durability seems thicker and more scratch resistant. Still like new thanks i dont know where you guys source your glass but this one is super nice.😎
Over charged me for a tow, I paid 310$ for a 13.4 mile tow. I was told I was charged more because the police called but I did not request the police to call as I have roadside assistance. When the police said they called they said it would be only 200$ that seemed a lot more reasonable. Also no price or breakdown was discussed until they brought the car to my house. Would have appreciated if they were upfront with the pricing so that I could have been more prepared because I was still under the impression that it was going to be about 200$. My recommendation is to never use any service without getting the price breakdown first. On the other side of this, the gentleman were very polite and even put my battery on the machine before they left my home. That was kind but if they had the ability to do that, why not offer before they towed my car? Short gain vs long gain is something I always consider.

I have needed the services of Third Street Wrecker three times (one time just a week ago) and each time I was very pleased with their service. Each time I had to leave my vehicles, but there was no need to worry. They got to them quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Third Street Wrecker for towing. They can't be beat!
Broke down on a Sunday. I have a roadside assistance plan, however, over an hour later they still did not have a wrecker dispatched. I googled wrecker companies in the area. Third street wrecker was there in 30 minutes. A very nice and helpful young man!
Was very upset when I was on my way back from a vacation and a large bird flew into my windshield and shattered it. These guys towed my car to their shop, and then fixed my windshield right away (less than 24 hours), and when there was a problem with the new windshield it was no hassle they fixed it with a smile. I highly recommend them to anyone needing glass repair.
My wife and I were on our way to the beach when we hit a deer. Chris came and towed us back to the shop. Bobby and everyone there were very nice. They let us and our dog wait inside while we waited for our daughter in law to come and get us. They were great , they offered to order us some food or told us we could use one of their cars to go and get something if we wanted. They made an unpleasant experience a positive one. Thanks guy!!!
By far the best tow company in the area. The drivers are fast, professional, and efficient. I'm most impressed with the attention given to ensure the vehicle is taken care of and remains damage free. I have been a customer for many years and always found Bobby and Rex to be very honest and fair in all business dealings.
Their service on tires is great also! Best prices around for new or used and they stand by their product. My review rates them as highly recommended!
Great customer service always on time and or early. Get the job done fast and efficient! Would I recommend them yes I would. My insurance company called them for roadside and they are hands down the best I have dealt with thank you guys over at third street wrecker!!!! :)
I don’t mind posting good reviews but I will also post one when I have a bad experience.
The other night my son decided to go out to dinner on the spur the moment with some friends and his girlfriend it got late so he decided to stay at his girlfriends place . Mind you he said that he parked at the very end of the lot nowhere near where the tenets park. He said there’s always ample parking down there because nobody ever parks there because of the poor lighting. He has been parking in this parking lot for over two years .
He gets up the next morning to find that his truck is gone and finds out that Third Street towing had towed it.
So he goes to get his truck and they charged him $135 to tow it less than 2 miles keep in mind that they would not release his truck until he paid.
So once I find this out I called third Street towing,
I asked the lady if it wasn’t a little excessive because they only towed the truck to less than two miles.
They must’ve been sitting there watching the parking lot because, because my son said he had only been there 15 minutes before his truck got towed.
So then I called walk to campus and the lady there was nice enough to call third Street towing and see if they could refund part of the money to no avail.
So then I called Third Street and I was told by the lady, there was nothing they could do because he had already paid for it and I said but wait a minute you would not have released his truck unless he paid and she says right, so then Bobby gets on the phone and tells me there’s really nothing they can do.
I have never seen a business that could not refund money.
Truth of the matter is this, It’s not that he couldn’t refund the money it’s the pure fact that he didn’t want to refund the money and then he tells me to do something that was totally not honest. Not to mention the fact that they damaged one of his wheel hubs in the process.
They have a contract with walk to campus so I guess they figure they can just rake people over the coals and charge them anything they want .
I run a business and if I have unhappy customer I do everything in my power to make that customer happy I’d rather keep a customer then they make one mad.
Better Business Bureau statistic one person with a good experience might tell two other people but one person with a bad experience will be sure to tell at least 10 or more. Well you can bet your bottom dollar I’m gonna tell everybody I can what Third Street wrecker is really all about.
Sometimes things come down to the principle of the matter.
In my opinion they don’t have very good principles or ethics.
Chris towed our 25' RV from Arrington to Midlothian VA yesterday. He had us hooked up in no time. He took special care to ensure that he avoided tree lines and bridges as we were reaching the height limit. He is a great tour guide as well as we're not locals and we had some good chats during the 100 mile tow. I would recommend this towing company again.
Third St Wrecker gives you quality service. Amanada have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. She is a hard worker and a go-getter as well as her coworkers. I wish I could say the same for other towing services/places(not going to mention names...)but I can't. Their attitudes have always been pleasant. Just to simplify it, their work ethics are just impeccable. A five star rating doesn't do enough justice for them. They work hard! There rating is a 10 star plus in my book!
Amanda did a great job while towing my nephew truck home. She was very sweet and nice. She was very professional at all times. Amanda did a very good job while dealing with towing his vehicle. All around a great job.
