I searched the internet looking for the perfect trailer for my needs when I came across this site. The trailers they sell are really top notch. I spoke with Jeff in sales and we got everything underway. They worked with me on getting the 24' one I chose delivered in a timely fashion. They are very easy to work with and I highly recommend them. If you're looking for a well built, heavy duty all aluminum trailer.....EBY is the one. I truly love everything about my trailer and love it over all my other ones. They are much lighter than steel built trailers which helps on the pull of equipment. No rust or paint to contend with also and I love that too.
You won't regret buying all aluminum and East Coast is a great dealer for purchasing one.
Danny was the absolute BEST! He took the time to find the truck that I wanted, listen to me talk about all the bells and whistles that I wanted and he delivered just what I asked for. My truck was delivered CLEAN and even more beautiful than the pictures and video. We have bought trucks from many different people over the years and even my wife said Danny was hands down the best.
Avoid avoid avoid came in with abs light on trailer monday afternoon first told me brake chambers is bad dont have breaks even i drive from MI to here iver 900 miles then said hub seal then brake drum they made estimate to 3000$ when we told them to fix chamber and dont due anything else they toon evrything off had to wait until Wednesday noon to get my trailer back made delivery and pick up my load thise people told us many lies over and over i am never coming back here again ever
Cataloging is wrong make sure you call to verify if not you will get wrong part and east cost is not friendly you will have to pay a 20% restocking fee and pay for shipping no matter catalogs are crap
We have been working with both the northern and eastern store for the past decade. Tony in parts for the northern store is very helpful and always a pleasure to speak with. Bought a truck from them back then and has been a great truck. This purchase was simple and painless. Danny drewry helped me out. He was quick, made sure i was happy with the purchase. He also made sure he got all the things that i pointed out addressed and fixed. We’re excited to bring this truck onto our fleet and hope that we can continue this trend. Was at the convention center today and saw one of your employees throw a cup at the concession stand employees and flip them off because they was doing their job!! Very unprofessional disrespectful and should not be allowed in public representing yall !!!
Never go to this place if you need to fix your trailer ……my trailer door broke down dropped my trailer one day before, they open next day around 7 am and told me that my trailer will be fixed around 10 in the morning and i got it around 4 in the evening….after 24 hours

I ordered straps from them online I always order the same straps everytime and they sent me a completely different tie-down kit and refused to return it I will not ever do buisness here again with this customer service and I'll be sure to spread the word to the tow world

We recently bought a brand new 2020 Kenworth 35 ton from them. We dealt with Danny Horton on it and it was well worth the purchase. Danny kept everything smooth and did what he could to take care of us. He even took care of setting up appointments for different things the truck needed before pick up. Looking forward to buying our next light duty wrecker through them.
The company has been professional in correspondence however dishonest. The items ordered were several inches smaller than the sizing chart advised. Then they wouldn't refund the full amount even though it wasn't the true size. I'm out $35 for just giving them a chance. Very disappointed!
I ordered some parts for my tow truck wheel lift and and a replacement control handle. I to find what I was looking for on their site and they carried parts that I couldn't really find anywhere else and for a reasonable price. Shipping was fast and the correct items arrived.
Great purchase and was very please with the item . Was shipped however did not receive the item until the day after after paying for 1 day shipping. I know it has nothing to do with the company however I paid extra for it to get to me on the day I expected it. Would recommend and buy again from this company.

This company has poor policies and rude service. I purchased a Rain suit for 80.00. I needed a bigger size. I didn't get and exchange or return label as you will be paying for return postage. Upon receiving the suit they would exchange it but it was going to cost me 18 50 for them to take it back. So I had to pay postage and would have been credited 65.00 toward my 80.00 purchase. Will not use them anymore, sold the suit online got all my money back. Didn't have to pay for postage and got a better suit for a more reputable company.Take note in the reviews they only respond to the people who had a good experience.
Do not order any parts from these people . Ordered some parts over a month ago still have not received it . When I called to check on my order nobody knows anything talk to a guy named Eddie said he will make a call to figure out what’s going on and never from him again, called back the next day all of a sudden nobody is answering from the parts department. If you like the run around they are the perfect people to do business with.
Bought a part from them as I was referred to them by Atlantic Emergency Solutions, a company that I bought my truck from who’s customer service was second to none. I was told East Coast just bought them out and they would treat me just as good if not better. The part came in worked twice and quit. When I called the parts guy advised me that he would call me back....no call. I called back again and the same parts guy said they would not cover the part. I’m glad it was a sixty dollars part and not the hundred thousand dollar tow truck.....straight awful customer service.
I bought something and they sent me the wrong part, then I paid to return it to them, they sent me another with the vin number of my truck, it didn't work either, they charged me $ 40.00 to send it to me. Again they sent me something that is not the same as mine. Now I'm going to return it and I have to pay for the shipping plus 20 percent of it to refund my money. They are real thieves, I do not recommend them.
I should have listened to reviews. They can't be all wrong, right ? Bought $2000 In-the-Ditch tow dollies and didn't get to use them the first service call because one of the tires wouldn't hold air because a defective in the tire. I was confused when I called to get a replacement why the counter person had to get approval to replace a brand new defective tire. It got approved and six weeks later they call me to tell me the tire came in. The distance from Newport News is quite the distance, so I asked them to hold it or send it up next time the salesman is in my area. Never got the tire, phone call or even shipped could have been an option and when I walked in the parts department today, they didn't have it and said they sold it. Now they told me to call the manufacture of the dollies and take it up with them because I waited to long to pick it up. This was coming all from the parts manager Tim Ryan. My opinion is don't bother buying anything here even if you have to pay a little more. It's not worth the run around and the poor service you get.

I was placing an order for our towing company for something I personally didn't know much about since I'm just married to the owner. So I thought this isn't going to go well but thanks to the parts person who answered all my questions with great patience, I managed to buy the right parts and they were shipped really quick and all's well that ends well! I haven't forgotten my new favorite place for anything to do with trucking or towing. A great experience!
