The kind folks at this store saved my bacon back in February when I was hauling a small uhaul trailer through the mountains with a crv and my engine kept trying to overheat. They helped me top off on oil and coolant and I was back on the road.
These kind folks went above and beyond to help me get off the side of the road when I couldn’t find a part anywhere else. Randy is a great guy (good name too)!
Blew out a tire on the highway traveling back down south from our vacation. The nearest tire store was about 15 miles away and that's a LONG 15 miles when you're on a donut, so we really had our fingers crossed they'd have a tire in-stock. Not only did they have the tire, but Scott got it mounted and back on the car in less than 30 minutes. Very nice and helpful, definitely would recommend.
My car was towed by this business and not only did they steal my tools that was in the back of it valuing at over 400.00 but they stole all the gas out of it. My car was towed by them after I was visually profiled by Bland County Sheriff Ramseys on son and wrongfully imprisoned for having my prescription medication outside the original bottle for 18 days held with no bond and then they steal my property at W&W NAPA. The best thing you can ever do is refuse and do not except their services. I knew he stole my gas when the first thing he wanted to talk about was whether the car leaked gas. How original. But it’s come to be expected from Virginia
After experiencing a blown out tire on our travel trailer along I-77 our roadside assistance failed us miserably. Thanks to my hero from W&W Napa and safety measures made by VA State Police we were back on the road in a snap! Excellent friendly and fast service. Thank you!
My car's alternator went out halfway through a 12 hour drive, the day before Thanksgiving. These folks were not only open and willing to repair it on such short notice, they had us out the door with a fixed car in about an hour. Very friendly and helpful folks here!
