Great service! Had to call twice in two days because of a horrible ice storm and I couldn’t even get out of my own driveway, this man was professional and efficient, I would definitely recommend him if you ever get stuck.

His services were competent, prompt, and courteous. This is the kind of customer service that you hope that comes from a small business owner who understands the important things. Full marks. I used their services a couple of times now. Kevin was was prompt and very polite. One service was even on a Sunday!!!! Now that I'm mentioning it both services were on a weekend. I'm very grateful that BRT was honest with the service, the work done, and met my sudden and somewhat last min needs.
I had an awesome experience with this company! I called for a tow and within 30 minutes he was there and took his time and making sure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend this towing service to anyone in need.
Kevin saved me from having to get towed back Charlottesville when I was in Burkeville. He was actually recommended by another towing company I called as someone who could come out and work on my car. After 15 minutes he reset my car's computer so the car started. His charge was very reasonable.
