I was surprised to find that, after buying a battery, they would install it at no extra charge, and Iwas provided a rebate form without asking. I was not greeted when I came in, and I stood in front of the register with an older gentleman behind the counter who was messing with receipts. He only looked up when he, presumably, finished. Otherwise, this would be a five-star review.

Amazing! I am not mechanically inclined and was able to show the worker pictures of what I needed and he got it right. At one point I was describing something I knew nothing about and he figured it out. Simply amazing customer service!
