My car broke down in the middle of no where. Between tappahannock and Gloucester. It was a hot and miserable day. Within an hour and half of my call they had our car in mechanicsville at the shop. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve been in building material distribution for 35+ years and have never been gauged so heinously. We did not even need to be towed, just pulled out and they charged us $750 for an hour and a half’s worth of work. I got the same vehicle towed locally 8 miles and it took 3 hours and was charged 1/3 of what Leasure’s charged us. We asked up front what their rate was and got smoke n’ mirrors tactics out the gate. My fault, I should have sent one of my own trucks with a chain. Was just trying to save a little time and money. We make a lot of deliveries to that area and would NEVER use them again no matter what the situation.
Never use these crooks! They moved one of my trucks hardly anywhere (not even a mile) and charged me over $700 when I specifically asked what the price would be up front and was told a much lower rate. In comparison I used a different towing customer who came out hooked up and took the truck 20 minutes away and charged almost 1/3 of what they charged.
