Burton's Garage has been my go to for the last 7 years. They do a quick and thorough inspection. If you have any questions about your vehicle they make sure to answer and explain in detail. Very affordable rates. The customers there are always a pleasure to speak with. So it passes time quickly. The lady that answers the phone is always very friendly and helpful. Plus nothing like seeing the beautiful view of RINER MOUNTAIN on your travels.

Inspection was fast and quick. Talking to the customers that were also there for inspections helped pass the time. Overall- a very promising first visit.
Old mans getting long in the tooth, but he'll still gab with the customers. His son(?) is running at 2300k and whips through inspections at a normal pace.
Overall- loved the vibe of the operation. The less corporate a shop is, the better.
Friendliest I've ever experienced!! Service was fantastic, and fast!! (I didn't inquire about an appointment, I just popped in)... First visit I've made to Burton's, but was treated like I'd been going for years, which I now plan to do!! Beautiful location, and a relaxing area if you wait. No "up selling" and wasn't pressured for any extra services.... I can't express how grateful I am, and pleased to have found this garage!! Stars are far beyond five!!
I call them at 11am to do a reinspection. They said they wasn’t available until after 2pm. So I showed up at 230pm. Paid my sister $30 to watch the kids. Drive from radford to this location to be told I can’t be seen today. Very unprofessional and they should have called and said they were booked. Will not go back.
Burton's garage is a good place to get a state inspection or an inexpensive oil change. Fast and friendly service just outside Riner limits. Brakes and tire service also available at good prices. Nice family owned and operated business with dependable service.
Great place to get your car worked on, Kelly will take care of you. Neal says that none of Norman stories are true but I believe every one of them! :-)
Great place to go for anything and inspection. Went today at the last minute needing my car inspected and he was more than willing to take his time to do so for me. He also is great and competitive with prices on things you might need fixed which I find as a great quality in someone and see him as someone I can start going to regularly when I need something done on my car. He's trustworthy as it gets! I had a great experience with this garage today, muchless have any complaints! I will be going there from now on for anything I need for my car
A great reliable shop that cares about its customers! They are honest and straightforward, no pulling your leg or feeding you extra so you will spend your money! Treats women with as much respect as men when dealing with vehicle issues! I love this place!!
Never had a problem with them until yesterday. My mom took her vehicle there to have a tire put on and in the process they broke the sensor. They still charged her for the service and never made any attempt to remedy the situation or offer to fix the part they had broke. The next day I called to speak to them about the situation and the owner was rude and said he couldn't control what happened and hung up on me. Poor service. Makes me sad because we have been to them numerous times to support a local small business and got treated this way.
The Burton's opened their garage this past Saturday, in order to help us out with a tire problem. We had a cord shift on our pickup, while we were hauling a fully-loaded trailer on back. A kind stranger, directed us to Burton's Garage. Within about 10 minutes, they had sold us a good used tire, mounted and balanced it. They charged a very reasonable price. We give Burton's Garage a 5-star rating. We have already recommended this garage to others we have met. I can't say enough about their kindness and efficiency.
