Charlie and Everett who works the front counter did a great job of customer service. The 2 young men who loaded the transmission we bought were helpful in putting it in the back of the vehicle. However they neglected to put the the caps on and the oil leaked all over the back of the vehicle.
Agee's is very good place to get your used and some new parts. If they have it you will get it at a fair price. I've seen plenty of good reviews. Some negative. But there is always a Karen that will say something negative. This is a good place to go to. I have never visited a more welcoming used part store. I've been going through agees for all of my adult life. And I plan on continuing to come to Agee's. I have never been across the street. If I can't get my parts through agees. I'll get it new. Thank you Agee's for good business as always.
Wouldn’t let us see the part before purchasing told us we would need to pay first. Rude front desk staff won’t be coming back. idk how they stay in business…
Refused to let us pull the part ourselves and after we agreed to let them do it they told us we would have to pay for it without seeing it first. Very rude staff!!
They have pretty much any auto parts you need. Now they were high priced on the part I ask about. A new brake booster is 165$ , I checked at Agee's and they wanted 125 for one out of junkyard. Update, the owner actually told me that it must have been a mistake on the brake booster. Thank you much .
This place is amazing very helpful the workers they are helpful and kind . The one man who helped me his name was Chris and he helped find what I needed and was very kind... I would recommend to other people for there help and there needs...
Tried getting a part for my driver's side door the guy took my number and said they would call me the next day,no call so I went back to ask about it and I was giving an aerial view map with high lighter marker on it and told that's where the G6 was and I could go look myself. I went never saw a G6 so I left.
These guys were beyond awesome to deal with. As a shop owner I don't have much time to waste, these guys made it seamless. You need a used part, give these guys a call.

I recently visited this location with a few friends of mine hoping to possibly find some parts for my car. When we walked inside there were a few people behind the counter talking on the phone with other customers, so I waited until one was free. Once one was, he asked us if he could help any of us rather rudely. I asked him if they were allowing people to walk around the salvage yard and he said no, then started ignoring us. Recent reviews and their own website led me to believe they were allowing people in, so I'm not sure that was true, although that's not the issue I had. The issue I had was the blatant rudeness we were met without any previous interaction. I'd always heard good things from my family, as they've been long time customers, but my personal experience was very different from that.
I recently bought an engine from Agee’s and I am very impressed with the whole company. The facility is above and beyond clean and organized. Jessica was very friendly and made the process very easy. The owner Everett went out of his way to chat with me and everyone was very helpful. I will always make Agee’s my first stop, they are awesome! In this day it’s nice to hear Thank You and feel appreciated. This is a great place.
I came here with my cousin and her husband to help and there's this old man yelling at my cousin for trying to take her kids in when she was told she can by someone else and she went in to help her husband while I watched the kid and the old man wouldn't stop staring at me and wouldn't leave me alone. He was so mean.
Agee's Auto Parts and their staff were courteous, kind and very helpful and informative regarding an elusive part I had spent countless hours on the phone and internet trying to locate. Kam spent time to locate the part for me and have it shipped in an expedient manner.. I would recommend Agee's Auto Parts to anyone looking for ay used part whether it big or small.. Being a local and family run business this place has a very relaxed southern hospitality feel to it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful but it's not a rushed chain store type buying experience here. They have a lot of parts available here and can order virtually anything they don't have. Prices are good on new parts as well as used.
I've been coming to Agee's since I was around 5 years old, with my father. I've always have a good experience finding and picking parts. Everything is computerized and well organized, making it very easy to pull a part yourself if you go into the yard.
Employees very knowledgeable and equally helpful.
When the employee Matt, couldn't locate my needed part, he conducted a search for said part for 15-20 minutes before apologizing that the part was still listed in their stock and stated that he would remove from inventory.
Offered suggestions as to where i might be able to locate and we both agreed that their competitors, 'across the street,' was not my best option.
Highly recommend, even though I left without what I needed.

Wonderful people, excellent service. We have purchased a motor, transmission and many other parts from this business. We have always received excellent service whether it was for a purchase, return or just an inquiry over the phone. Highly recommend Agee's!
Purchased a used motor from Agee's that included a 6 month warranty. Took me about two months to get around to installing the motor, and when i did i discovered that the head gasket was blown. When i went down to the store to inquire about the warranty process, the owner helped me immediately and was able to find me in their system, which was a godsend as my original receipt had gone through the wash. They picked up my car and took it to be diagnosed that day. When the shop confirmed that there was an issue, the owner offered to refund my money or have the shop fix it for me. No hassle at all.
TL;DR: Bought a motor with a bad head gasket and was treated quickly and fairly. I will definitely be customer for life.
I would never purchase another part from this place. They sold us a door switch and it didn't work . When contacted we were told they can exchange it but they don't have another part like that. So therefore they won't refund your money for their part that was crap. Thats $45 for nothing and now we have to pay someone else for the same part.
Blew my motor a couple of months ago on my 300zx. They sent me the motor as described and it happened to be a very strong motor. Customer service was great. They were able to email me pictures of the motor and gave me the vin number. I live in a different state and they quoted me how much shipping would be. Very helpful people
I have always enjoyed the service I received at Agee's. Most of the staff is very friendly but it has come to light recently that the owner is more than happy to sell parts to people of any race but would never see them as worthy enough to sit at his table and have a meal with him and his family. Unfortunately for me I would prefer to get my parts from an establishment that does not discriminate based on race, gender, ethnic background, etc.
