I had a recall on my 2022 Mach-E. The drop off process was super easy - the folks there are very friendly. When it was time for me to pick it up I asked if I could have the shuttle come and get me - imagine my surprise when he offered to drop off my car at my house!!! Amazing customer service!

I needed my Granddaughter's car fixed quickly. She has to leave for Northwestern University this Friday. Duncan took the car in without an appointment and completed the repair. Made an appointment for an oil change and dropped it off early, with an electrical issue (horn). The Service manager took it in, wrote a ticket adjusting my appointment time, told me about a 10% off special on service work that included my oil change. The mechanic fixed my horn and all service work on the day of my appointment, sent a video showing the vehicle done and explained what he had to do. They threw on my front license plate bracket I had picked up in parts, without me asking them to and saved me 100 bucks on the service work because of the special. I'll definitely be back. Thank You

While traveling from Kansas City to Virginia, my 2023 Trans Van experienced engine problems, so I visited Duncan Ford Service without an appointment. Manager Brent and all the professionals were very kind and helpful, and they fixed the engine and oil leak issues in a couple of hours. Actually, I had been to another Ford Service the day before, but they coldly refused to take a look, saying they wouldn't make an appointment for three weeks. I am impressed with Duncan Ford Service. They are very organized, kind, fast, and professional. I recommend 100%!!! Thank you.Duncan Ford.

Get your vehicle serviced at your home or workplace is so easy. I had mine serviced at my work place. The two young men were so nice and polite. Duncan’s service department was so easy to work with. No complaints from me. Will do it again.

Scheduled a pickup and drop off service. They came to my house and picked up my truck, took it back to the shop and inspected it, sent me a video of the inspection, then brought it back to my house. Brent, Andrew, and the rest of the team were great. Unbeatable for $20!

The employees are very courteous and polite. The prices, in my opinion, are quite high. My last survey was not good and still holds. However I will increase my rating this time based solely on the employees. I had to initiate my next service visit myself because I noticed my engine light was still on when I left the dealership. I was told it would cost me approximately 165 00 just to look at my car on my next visit. This apparently does not include the cost of the repair. I know prices have increased everywhere but I just paid around 795.00 for my last visit and left with the engine light still on. Hopefully this next one will be better. I do want to thank Troy for his patience and understanding.

I had a recall on my Ford escape and I called Duncan's in Blacksburg and they came to me and fixed it. Didn't take but 30 minutes or so to fix. The guy was very nice and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.great company to do business with.

There was hardly any communication to let us know what the progress was on our trucks transmission. We were told the transmission would be replace the week after we dropped the truck off. No updates about the truck until I called . They said it would be the next week. So I called back the end off the second week they said it would be the following week. Then I text them on Wednesday of the third week and the answer was still had not started the work and then finally received a call Friday that our truck was ready. Then I receive more text messages in the next week wanting me to survey their services than I receive the whole three weeks our truck was supposed to be getting repaired. Gets expensive having to keep extending the rental car because the dealer can’t tell you when your vehicle will be repaired. Instead of trying to avoid contact with customers by texting or emailing how about picking up the phone and calling to let the customer know what’s going on with the vehicle. The worst part about it is that Duncan’s is the only Ford dealer in the area so they know people have to depend on them or drive 30 minutes to an hour to another dealer.

Im glad the warranty on the transmission was honored from the Ford buyout but the first time the transmission was replaced Shelor kept my car 5 days and I had a covered rental this time no rental coverage but my car was kept 14 days and I ve called and left messages twice about the billing of that but havent had a return call. So Im very confused as what to do at the moment.

After I picked up my vehicle about 5:30 on a Friday evening I wasn't completely satisfied, and I left a negative review no sooner than I sent it, my phone rang and it was the service manager Brent, We talked for about 20 minutes and he apologized to me and Brent asked me to come back, and Brent took care of my concerns, I wish I had of spoken to Brent sooner, Brent is a good service manager and generally cares about his customers and the quality of work performed at Duncan. I would recommend other to Duncan for there car needs.

Easy to make an appointment and they were very kind to me. I forgot my card after getting a ride to pick up my car post-service and they kindly helped me figure out the situation and provided me with a solution so I didn’t have to figure out getting back home and grabbing it and potentially not being able to have my car that day. I believe the worker’s name is Troy, huge thanks!

I got my 2015 Mustang GT serviced last week. Duncan was great through the entire process. When I called they gave me pricing over the phone so I knew what to expect bill wise and they got me on the books for only a few days out. One service ended up being $15 more than his estimate, and they took the time to call me and make sure I was okay with the price difference. That’s not a lot of money but the fact that they were considerate enough to check anyways says a lot. I work from before they open and until after they close. They were able to send me a link to pay my bill at my convenience and worked with me to pick up my vehicle. I previously was going to Shelor and I should have been going here instead! Duncan was a much better experience and I’m happy for them to be the sole Ford dealership in this area now!

I appreciate the communication and the service. I was happily surprised with my suv also being washed and vacuumed when it was returned. The appointment was set up, confirmed, and I received another call when they were on their way. Pictures were taken of the vehicle prior to leaving, I received a msg when they arrived at the shop, and two more msgs confirming they were finished and on their way back. Excellent service!

Not very thrilled with the experience. Yes, I understand they have an increased workload now with the Ford acquisition from Shelors, but they shouldn’t have scheduled a date they couldn’t complete the relatively simple job (warranty battery replacement). It wasn’t completed until the next day after the scheduled date. Not only that, but there was no communication letting me know of the delay. I had to call repeatedly, finally got a person (not my service advisor) that informed me of the delay. Additionally, I noticed yesterday that when the battery was replaced, the technician did not reinstall the battery heat shield. I’m guessing it was destroyed in the process, but I should have been informed. It’s a $20 part, I ordered it, I’m not wasting anymore time with them. I’ll drive to Berglund Ford in Salem.

The service itself was good and I really like the video they send showing what they did. Although Duncan recently acquired Shelor Ford, I purchased my vehicle 3years ago from Shelor and I was not happy that they removed the Shelor emblem on the back and replaced it with a very hokie looking sticker. I was able to remove it easily enough, but they should not have done this. I have a beautiful Timberline Explorer and the sticker looked like it came out of a child's coloring book.

I had a complimentary pick up and drop off service and it was a wonderful experience. They kept me informed and reached out with any issues they found! I would highly recommend Duncan Ford Service! Everyone was friendly and it was very quick! 10 out of 10!

The end result was good, but communications were difficult in several ways both in getting messages returned and accuracy of the order for mobile service. For example, one of the items to be done was change of windshield wipers, but when the technician arrived, he did not have the wipers because they had not been added to the order. They quickly offered to make it good and to put the wipers on in another trip, however I did not want to go through the communications and logistics and time to meet the technician on another day so I had it done at a local service company. Also, they did not have a sticker to put on the car about the oil change. This is an example of the lack of systems and communication. Yet, they seem to be good people trying and willing to correct things that weren’t done fully.

Duncan was absolutely amazing to work with! Easy pain free vehicle purchase. And we love our Ford F-150. The service department and collision center were top notch installing the steps and all weather mats. Beth is by far hands down the best car sales person we have ever dealt with!
