They were the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! They got me in and out in no time(flat tire) and I lost no time on clock. Staff couldn't be any nicer, go visit "molly" in office, cutest dog ever!!!
Very happy first time customer! Went in to have my oil changed and have them check out a suspicious noise. They were able to get me in quickly and took the time to explain that the noise was actually coming from my tires. (And didnt charge me to look into it) Ended up leaving with a new set of tires and an oil change at far less of a price than other local shops I’ve dealt with. Both technicians I dealt with as well as the shop foreman were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us out. We’ll definitely be bringing our vehicles here from now on

These people are knowledgeable, caring people. This is a small business built by truckers serving truckers. They have always served my family and the community well. The number of fake reviews coming from outside the USA is amazing. I hope people can see through the fake 1 star reviews and realise what is going on.
I came here by accident, I had a flat tire. And I was lucky to find this service nearby! The guys are great, very friendly and professional! They did the repair very quickly and at very affordable prices. I am very grateful for the quality repair. I wish this business all the best and prosperity!
Would not recommend the small engine side of the business, specifically due to the interaction with the shop manager, Brandon. He is very rude and unprofessional. I had my vehicle there for weeks and was assured that it was being looked at and would have an answer by the next day. Weeks passed with no estimate, no response and every phone call, the shop manager Brandon was very rude. Before answering every call, you could hear Brandon in the background cussing saying he knew who it was and was busy. I asked multiple times for the invoice for the tow bill and was told they would take care of it. I never received a bill, and was repeatedly denied the invoice. I finally had another shop come to pick up the vehicle and Brandon would not let the other tow truck load my vehicle and was very rude to the tow truck driver. Brandon had the employees tell the tow truck driver that the vehicle could not be loaded because “they do not work for free and until Jimmy is paid nothing was leaving the lot.” I personally called to speak to Brandon and he would not answer. The older gentleman on the phone was nice but kept saying he had no clue what was going on and ended up walking into Brandon’s office to see if he could get him on the phone. As soon as the other gentleman walked into the office, Brandon said he “knew who it was and he doesn’t work for free.” I asked to have Brandon speak to me directly. He did take the call but was very rude, stating I had not paid the tow bill. I again told him he had the vehicle for weeks and had refused to look at it, I had also tried to pay the tow bill since the day it was towed and no one would send an invoice and Brandon said he was “too busy” to have looked at it. I told him that was fine, I was having it towed to another shop to allow the tow truck driver to load it and tow it. Brandon said again that they don’t work for free and he was told not to do anything to it. I insisted an invoice could be sent, but the vehicle had to be towed out of their shop lot. Brandon then stated he didn’t care what I did and hung the phone up on me. I then called the other towing company to see if they were able to load the vehicle, and the owner said he was not sure what Brandon had against his tow truck driver, but he was very rude and he had considered reaching out to the owner of Tannahill, Jimmy, and speak to him regarding the interaction and Brandon’s lack of customer service. I would not recommend giving any business to the small engine side of this business. Brandon is very rude, and lied to me on multiple occasions. The end of his business transaction with me, was stating “I don’t care what you do,” and hanging up the phone call. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer. This is highly upsetting as my vehicle that was in their shop is my primary vehicle and means of transportation. I had waited and believed that when Brandon said they would have an estimate that I would in fact receive the estimate and be able to proceed with the repair. There is only good reviews and so for this to happen, it is highly upsetting. This matter was handled very unprofessionally. Brandon needs a course on customer training and interaction. Again, very unprofessional and would not recommend.
Tannahill is a lighthouse in the storm. I've had the pleasure of experiencing Jake's and Sean's expertise. Truck was displaying multiple codes that didn't make sense. Jake began to troubleshoot and then called in Sean for an additional set of eyes. They were able to not only diagnose the problem harness but fix temporarily because the harness was specially made for each truck and had 6 week delivery time when it was ordered. Went back when the harness was ready and both visits were no stress no pressure all in my best interest. Truly amazing to find real people who know how to work on semi trucks and not just parts changers. Customer for life. Thank you for your help Tannahill and Jake and Sean
Stopped here because I noticed an exhaust leak, loss of boost. Pulled me right on in & found that my exhaust manifold was leaking within a matter of seconds . Decided to pass on repairs being that I was so close to home however I did ask what I owed & the owner refused to take any money from me & I asked 3 times ! Good people , will definitely consider this place for future repairs while traveling 81 . Good wholesome folks are definitely hard to come by especially in this industry . Thank you guys !
My truck owner told me about this place while I needed a tire repair. Lane and Mike greeted me and took care of the issue even during their lunch break.

Such a blessing I found these gentlemen. I shut my truck down about 10 miles away the night before due to a coolant leak and google pointed me out to this shop with great reviews. The next morning I limped it to them, Mr. Tannahill pressure tested my reservoir right away and told me there was a truck ahead of me with radiator problems as well and as soon as they were done with it they pulled mine in. Prices were very reasonable and my personal mechanic back in Laredo agreed. It took them about 3-4 hours and I was back on the road. May God bless y’all and your shop guys! Thank you!
We just made it back to California and I had such a great experience at Tannahill truck and bus repair. We got our RV fixed promptly and met the whole Tannahill family including the little boy. They gave us a GREAT estimate and repaired our vehicle promptly with no added expense. Just the work done promptly. Jim Tannahill's mother works there as does his father. This is a great small business and I don’t understand some of the negative reviews which is why I’m writing this. THank you so much Mr. Tannahill. And Buffy (our dog) thanks Lori for the treats. We had gotten a few estimates and Jim showed us the work that ACTUALLY needed to be done versus added expense for us.
Great place headed back there tomorrow to have my truck serviced an air brake fixed great people great prices always friendly they help me get my truck back on the road after I had a little accident November looking pretty good thank you all so much we're the work y'all do
Hey one of the better places that I’ve been to, with kind caring personnel, i had a couple tires repaired and service was promptly done both the owner Lory and the tech Jacob was considerate in resolving my issue, good people and would recommend their services anytime to anyone 24/7 and twice on Sunday

I would like to say Thank you to Mr. Jake, I was in a Pickel yesterday, and Mr. Jake came to the rescue. Mr. Jake explained everything that was going on, and what he was doing. Mr. Jake kept a smile on his face the whole time, with excellent customer service. So if anyone is in the area, and their truck needs to be fixed, this is definitely the go to spot. Mr. Jake is in a good location, right off the interstate, with truck parking, good food, and friendly people.
