Busted my rim on a non-existent shoulder… and no in the area had a matching rim… except for Bill’s! Not only did they have the part in-stock, but sold it to me at a reasonable price and helped recommend a place that could mount my tire and get me on my way. The folks at Bill’s are veteran-friendly and an overall awesome group of people!
I can’t say enough good things about my interaction with Gabe!!! Not only did he let me know that the part wasn’t able to be resold which I didn’t know but he told me about an online store I could use that ended up saving me over $800!!! Hard ro rake back first part but it was promptly replaced with correct one. Dustin was a joy to work with all staff very friendly and did not treat me like a dumb old lady will go back again
Best place to get used auto parts by far! They are team PRP so if they don’t have the part you need on site, they can ship it in from another PRP site that has the part. Great prices as well!
Asked about the interior part condition before going there and Dustin said that it was good, when came to pick it up it was in very nasty condition, very deep scratches all over. Wasted over 2 hours driving.
I went there for a wheel for my truck. Got there a half hour before they opened, told me to come in, told them what I needed. Ten minutes later I was leaving the parking lot with my wheel. Best people I've ever dealt with, wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
Super friendly salesmen that bend over backwards to help with our needs every time. Deliver the parts straight to our company from close to 2 hours away and even come back themselves to pick up cores. If you need good quality used parts and customer service, this is definitely the way to go.
I drove 200 miles to purchase a gas tank that I called twice about. When I arrived they did not have it. They had another that had not been removed from the vehicle and would not remove it for me!

They had a Jeep JK frame advertised as an A quality part. I called and asked several times if frame rusted. Was told no. Drive 4 Hr round trip to see a frame that was scale rust and pitting everywhere. To Mad to even Debate!!!!!!! Ridiculous
Great Customer Service! I was looking for a very specific part. After calling at least 10 places with no luck. This place had it. Customer service Rep was freaking awesome. This is my go to place from now on.

After being given the run around for over 2 weeks on a Dodge Ram bumper, I had three they showed to me over the course. First one never got ordered, second never got shipped and the third was double the price I originally was quoted. Don’t actuall expect to get what you ask for here. They'll have an excuse for just about anything.
The best place on earth! I dropped my truck off at noon on Thursday. They, rebuild my rear end and had it back to me 24hrs later.( 2005 Dodge Ram) I needed my truck back ASAP, they understood and worked with me. They went above and beyond what I expected, and got my truck back the next day. I'm from out of town, and they made sure I wasn't trapped in Blacksburg without a hotel for the weekend. Thank you Bill's Used Parts.
Bought transmission NV4500 from this place. The moment it was installed, it was coming out of 3rd gear on long downhills. Called them right away and they promised to replace it. I drove it like that for another 4 months and 5th gear became unusable. Shipped it back and received another transmission that lasted less than 10k miles. It lost 5th gear and reverse at the same time. When I called them, I was told that 6 month warranty expired.
When transmission was disassembled by AAMCO a professional shop, they found that it was originally built with worn-out parts. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered a reman nv-4500, it showed up when they said it would, shipping was simple for the core return.
Now for the not so great. Warranty procedure is a bit disappointing, the transmission I have has an issue I understand that a reman can have problems but if you can't get the warranty done Whats the point! I am pretty disappointed.
Nice place not a junkyard at all went for a part they said fit but it was the wrong one. But Chris was nice about it and should have the part I need in a few days. Will repost after that. Hopefully with 5 stars
Great place to find used parts for about any make or model vehicle. The employees are friendly and helpful. One setback at this place is they are a little on the pricey side compared to some of the other used part stores. On the other hand, they do have a large inventory of parts in stock. So you will most likely find what you need here.
Easy enough to find. Big sign and building so it would be quite hard to miss. They have a nice sized CLEAN ladies restroom. That's hard to find at any type of automotive shop nowadays. Mechanics seem very knowledgeable and friendly. Desk staff as well. Easy to talk to. Enjoyed discussing pros and cons of working for uber with Mr. Dave Jones and Bo.
They have a surplus of parts. Seems like just about anything and everything you could possibly need for a vehicle they have.
Bought a transfer case in September 2018. It came with a 2 year warranty. It broke in half November 2018. Brought it back here. They couldn't determine the cause of it breaking but they honored their warranty and will be giving me another.
Ordered a part online on 9/26/18 and they forgot to ship it until 10/4/18. Paid $20 for shipping and finally got it on 10/12/18 with the slowest cheapest rate. You would think after forgetting to ship it over a week they could have expressed it? kind of like expressing an apology?
Bought some Jeep seats from these guys. The salesman and yardman were both great to deal with. Salesman was a black guy from Bassett VA originally I didn't let it bother me that he's from Bassett .. I apologize for not remembering their names. Nice guys
Decent service, but sold me an engine that was said to have 86,000 miles on it. Internally it looked more like 300,000 miles on it. They at least were helpful in getting it returned. Despite this I would try them again.
Friendly staff and lots of parts, but they somehow lost the part I drove 150 miles to pick up. They did give me a better warranty on it and said they will deliver it, but then it never showed up. Then i had to drive back to get my core back and they were rude to my driver. Wont be doing business here again.
Ordered part on Thursday was told it would ship same day. I called monday at 2:30 and part still not shipped. Great job! Thanks for caring! Thanks for taking your jobs serious! Great team work within your company
I had an old pickup truck that was in good shape except for the frame rust---it was ready for salvage. I drove it over and offered it to BIll's Used Parts. They gave me a quick evaluation and a faiir price. These guys are professionals, and I'd want to work with them anytime. If I needed used parts, I know I can trust them to provide good value and great service. Who can ask for more? 5 stars, no doubt about it.
