I have used them 3 different times in the last few months on 3 different vehicles and they have been very good as far as being fast to pick up my vehicles and friendly. They are a little pricey considering how far they had to tow my vehicles but who isn't pricey these days.
Kelly did a wonderful job getting my grapple truck out of a customer’s yard that was stuck in the mud. He was very fast, professional and explained everything to me as he went. Will definitely be calling him again 10/10 recommend!

Locked my keys in my car, but I was home so there was no hurry. I don't know the guy's name that came, but he was very nice. He said "It'll take me about 30 seconds."

Josh came to help me out of a very sticky situation. Josh was very creative in his idea as to how to solve my problem and then he worked very hard to help me. We definitely would recommend Tow360! We required specialized towing last weekend due to the nature of our breakdown. The driver was very careful and conscientious. He was also so kind. We needed a ride to a hotel as we were traveling when we broke down. And, he showed us where a rental car company was so we could get back on the road the next day. They are also very upfront and fair with their pricing. Thank you!

I was on my way home to Arkansas and hit an object and had 2 blowouts and I called and Kelly picked me up within 30 minutes. He even called the tire shop and order my tires and ask them if they can put them on the same day. Best tow truck driver ever.
Called and they gave me a great price to pick up a vehicle, and we set up a time, and ut was picked up and taken to the location at a great price. The young man was very nice, and did his job very well. 5/5 Highly recommend
I called on a Sunday night to have my vehicle towed and as they were on the way my vehicle started to work again so I had to unfortunately cancel the tow. They were already on the way and I asked if I could reimburse them for their trouble and they wouldn’t take any money from! Really great guys and honest!!! They even tried to save me money by towing in the morning instead of at night. Definitely will be a customer and would highly recommend them!!!
I broke down on the interstate today, the guy I have used in the past wasn’t available so I had to try a new wrecker service. I was so impressed with 360 towing! He was cheaper than my friend of 30 years and showed up when he said he would! Use this company and you won’t be disappointed!

I can’t believe great businesses like this still exist! My son was stranded 10 hours away from home (he goes to VT) with barely any cell service on a Sunday in the middle of no where He called mom in Michigan and luckily we found Kelly at Tow 360 after 5 other companies didn’t answer or declined. Kelly called, kept me updated and got the kids back to campus safe and sound after a 45 minute trip Each way! Spread the word that there are still great people and businesses out there that watch out for each other!
I contacted them today to have a vehicle towed and they did it very quickly and for a fair price. The person I spoke with was very nice and made the process easier than expected. I highly recommend this company if you need a vehicle towed.

I couldn’t be more thankful to these guys, I broke down on an unfortunate spot along I81S and they made the time to come get my car, dog, and I. They made sure I got to a mechanic who has been great to work with so far and that I was safe for the evening, and his pricing was more than fair. Hopefully I won’t ever need a tow again in that area, but if I ever have any issues around you or friends that do I’ll call again in a heartbeat! Got my work van stuck in a water run off of a pretty gnarly mountain gravel road . Dustin came out right away and I was back in business within an hour of making the call. He was very friendly and professional , and the price was excellent for the quality of service provided. I will definitely be calling again if I get into a pinch again and will recommend to others.
I had locked the keys inside the trunk of my car on accident during the evening. I called triple A, and they opened my door, but because of the anti theft mode, I wasn’t able to open the trunk. I called Mercedes, and they said the only thing they could do was call a special technicians or have my car towed to the dealership. So the next morning Tow360 came to tow my car, but the guys were so helpful. They were able to get my key out without me going all the way to the dealership (which was 45 minutes away), and they didn’t charge either. Very nice people and I’m glad they were there!
Driver arrived just 10 minutes after I called and told him I had broken down in the middle of the road. Charged a very reasonable rate, was very professional, and even gave me a ride home after dropping off the car. Cannot recommend highly enough. 5 STARS :)
We got a flat tire on interstate 81. They were there to pick us up within 20 minutes after hanging up the phone and recommended a tire shop to get our tires replaced. They were very helpful, professional, and timely. Would definitely use them again!
Called very last minute and they picked up my (non working car) and brought it to my new home. Very reasonable prices and they got it done very quickly. I would highly recommend them and will be using them the next time I need a tow!

Impeccable Service, Speed and Professionalism
I called Tow360 to tow my dead Honda Odyssey to the dealership this evening. The owner picked up the phone on the first ring -- no dealing with answering services like some places. He knew exactly where I was located -- probably because he grew up locally and knows the area really well. He arrived within 15 minutes in a smart well-maintained and cared-for tow truck and could not have been more professional in his interactions with me. Recommend without hesitation.
