On Saturday I was in an accident bright and early in the morning, I called scott and he was quick to arrive and remove my vehicle! I couldn’t express this enough call him for all your towing needs!!! Scott with Elite Towing is my hero of the day. My truck’s battery needed a jump, and in the blink of an eye he was at my house and had my truck running. He put out a metaphorical fire for me, but also is part of the fire dept—seems like someone always helping people out, and I’m so grateful. If you find yourself needing towing services, he’s got you.

I can not say enough things about Scott and how he runs his business. My family lives in Maryland and my daughter got into an accident 4 hours from home. She was a wreck. Scott was called by the police to tow her car since it wasn’t drivable. Scott went above and beyond to take care of my daughter, make sure she knew what was going on, and that she was in a safe location until we could get to her. He also has communicated with me and is working with our insurance to help us. He is professional, kind, and a true decent human being. I hope he sees this and takes me up on my offer to do anything for him to pay him back for his kindness. He is a true example of how people should treat each other, especially our children. My car broke down on I81 and the state troopers who came to my rescue called for a tow truck. Scott with Elite arrived quickly and took care of everything. He was very professional and kind. He made a bad situation much better. 100% Recommed!!

Highly recommend Elite Towing of Christiansburg. Scott and his crew came prepared to tow me to mechanic. Scott encouraged me to replace the battery first. Fortunately, the O'Reilly team in Fairlawn had pushed me into their parking lot. I got a new battery and sure enough was able to get back on the road. Elite towing stuck around just in case it was the alternator. No charge, I gave a tip in gratitude. Nice to know there are such knights out there helping those in distress.
Highly recommend this towing service! We were on our way back from vacation on Sunday and he came down that evening and had the vehicle dropped off to our auto shop that same evening! Updated us on where he was at and when it was dropped off!

Scott was the voice of calm, focus and reason when I wasn't sure what to do! My daughter's car was broken down hours away from me and he came straight to the rescue. Scott was awesome, our car broke down on 81 and I called and he gave me a fair price and picked up the vehicle quick. As well as I got the vehicle traded in and he towed it to the dealership for me, I would 100% recommend this company to anyone he is fair, understanding and extremely nice.
My first experience calling a towing company. Scott was amazing and his son had a lot of knowledge helping him! They arrived within ten minutes of my call and they were courteous. Made me feel less anxious about getting my car towed and were very helpful!! Will be calling them again if I ever need my car towed :)
When I called Scott he answered right away and gave me an ETA. He called shortly later and said he could be sooner! When he arrived he told me "I think it's your battery". Other people I had spoken with had told me it was the starter due to working lights, radio, etc. He told me he would ask the mechanic to try that first and he would wait around to find out and call me. IT WAS! I truly believe if he didn't wait around and push them in that direction I would have been charged for services that I didn't need. I am so thankful to Scott! He truly is willing to help you and is a great guy! I will refer him to anyone needing a tow! Price is better than most tow companies! ($40 cheaper than my first tow!)
Scott really saved us. Not only did he come and tow our totaled car at 4am on Christmas Eve but he also helped us find a hotel. This is the guy you want picking you up on one of the worst days of your life .
I was a damsel in distress at a gas station on my way into work because I had to have morning Red Bull. When my car didn’t start I panicked but luckily Elite Towing happened to be around and offered to help me out of the goodness of his heart!! Elite Towing & Recovery LLC was truly a godsend to me! My car motor randomly gave out today while I was on a road trip. I was on the interstate, alone & so scared! Not only did he get there so quickly, he was EXTREMELY kind and honest. I was 5 hours from home & knew no one in the area. He helped me to an amazing auto body shop. I could not have had a better experience with the company and owner, Scott! He is an amazing person & incredibly hard worker. If you ever need a tow, he needs to be your first call!!!!! My husband & I are so eternally grateful for him and the service provided to us. I would give a million stars if I could!
