Blew out two tires and had to tow to get them replaced. Daniel helped get my vehicle on and off the truck without damaging my rims. I was also able to ride in the truck to the location. All Call’s service was very high quality and friendly. Will call them again in future if I have an issue. Price was very reasonable.
Its only 1 star because I can't go any lower. The worst business transaction I have ever dealt with in my professional career. Be warned if you're working for a company, he will only accept cash or a credit card with holders name on it so have an ID ready (No company Credit Cards). Doesn't accept payment over the phone, no checks (personal or company), no Cash App, Venmo, Paypal, Zelle. He held our property over a holiday weekend so he could charge the additional storage fee after numerous attempts for our Company to pay him beforehand. He took forever to get on site despite being local while our driver was roasting in the cab on a hot summer day. Very rude and argumentative when you ask simple questions and doesn't seem to be able to hold a intelligent conversation very well. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
If you have any other options, make sure you go with them. These are just not good people, and if they have the opportunity to take advantage of you, they will.

I was rear-ended hard on a holiday on the interstate. The state trooper insisted he call them instead of AAA. Daniel, the driver that towed it was incredibly helpful and kind; top notch. This review is about the owner of the company. He did not treat me with respect or consideration. Quite the contrary. His business card reads, “in God we trust". I wonder if his God liked the way he spoke to me. I suffered a concussion, stuck in a strange place alone for 3 days. Not only did he price gouge me ( $1100) for 2 short tows and 3 nights storage, he literally told me off on the phone. The auto shop did not open until Monday morning and when I called them to let them know my Jeep would be there, they asked what time it would arrive. I had called the tow truck owner on Sunday, knowing they were closed, expecting to leave a voicemail, but the owner answered the phone, and said I had to pay him before he would let the Jeep be towed to the auto shop. I had no transportation so the owner came to the hotel and took my $1100. I don’t remember the owner telling me that it would be delivered to the auto mechanic sometime after eight in the morning Monday, which, incidentally is not a time, it is an open timeframe. With a concussion you don’t always remember things. Apparently the owner worked in ER for 29 years something like that came out of his mouth while he was telling me off on the phone Monday, so I don’t know why he treated me with such disrespect. He should have known that not remembering what he said when he came for his payment on Sunday is a common side effect. I called him Monday to confirm what time it would get to the mechanic so I could let the mechanic know the answer to their question. I was told off on the phone by the owner in the most disrespectful way I have ever been spoken to by a stranger, and certainly as a Customer, who had just paid a lot of money. I was alone, in a strange town, in a strange state. Either he hates women, or he saw my New York plate and decided he wasn’t going to treat a Yankee with dignity. I am from the country and live on a farm. I live in upstate New York in farm country, but even if I was from the city, even if I was different than him, (thank goodness I am!) he had no right to speak to me the way he did. Sign of the tines? I was alone with a concussion and had spent three days in a dark hotel room with no one to help me, no transportation, nothing. He said I was bothering him by continuously calling him when I had actually only called him twice, and one call was with the intention of leaving a voice mail. I expected to receive an answering service. I did not expect him to answer the phone. He said he didn’t know who I was used to dealing with, but he did what he said he was going to do. I explained I didn’t remember him telling me it would be after 8am,, and he kept going on and on and on yelling! The mechanic asked me for a time. I was at least able to tell the mechanic it would be after 8 o’clock in the morning. I told the tow Co. Owner I was sorry I didn't remember and meant no offense, yet he continued telling me off. I started crying. My head was pounding and the dam broke. He was so disrespectful and horrible to me on the phone that he actually had me in tears. The mechanic told me he’s in ill health. I am in ill health, chronically. Also lots of people are in ill health. I was where I was because my best friend‘s husband had a massive heart attack and his heart stopped three times on the way to the hospital. Having health issues does not give someone the right to speak to a stranger and a customer in the tone of voice and manner that this man spoke to me. I was literally in shock and shaking when I hung up the phone. I would never deal with this company unless you are absolutely stuck with no one else. I hope he felt good about telling off a woman alone who was suffering from a concussion and an accident of no fault of her own in a strange place. I hope that made him feel like a big man.
Having to get your car towed is never something that you look forward to, but Robert responded to our service call and greatly helped to make the best of a bad situation. He arrived timely (considering the car was stranded in a very rural area of southwest Virginia…so lots of slow, curvy roads), loaded and secured the car onto the flatbed of his tow truck, and ensured we and the car were transported to a repair shop in the Christiansburg area safe and sound. Robert was professional, friendly, and one of the good guys in the towing business.
Growing up in the nrv never have I used their services or needed them until today but have always heard they are who to call when in need of a towing or recovery service
Ran out of gas at a very busy intersection with my wife and children in the car not paying attention to my gas level and he kindly offered to tow me out of the intersection into a safe parking lot while I waited on a gas tank and wouldn’t accept a single dollar for doing so no matter how much i insisted I didn’t get to grab his name but thanks a ton!

Yesterday I found myself in a ridiculous situation in which I needed help. My SUV got stuck on some wet ground/ice on an incline with a embankment in front of me My 2 year old was in the backseat as well. I am one person who doesn't panic when faced with a dilemma or emergency however, it seems that when my child is involved, all rational thinking goes right out the window. I called the Blacksburg Police Department and was routed to dispatch for a tow. Lee from All Call was the driver who came out to help. He was absolutely AMAZING, such an understanding, calm, and helpful man! He was able to drive my car out without a tow and gave me advise on the all wheel drive button that I completely forgot about because all I could think about was my son in the backseat and the embankment in front of us! If I ever need a tow or help in the future I will be calling All Call and requesting Lee if he is available!!!! Thank you again Lee for your help!

Called these guys after getting into an accident on 460, took them two and a half hours to show up, and then they charged me $400 more than they quoted me. Do not recommend.
We called for a winch out after the rain washed out a steep gravel driveway. Buddy arrived and the car was out of the ditch quick and without any damage. He was polite and knowledgeable with the winch out. The price was reasonable. Saved their contact in my phone for future use if need be. Glad Christiansburg has All Call Towing.

The worst customer experience bar none. Overcharged on a locksmith request, 40 minutes late on dispatching someone to assist, and show an attitude on the phone when you question why no one has showed up after spending the money. Go anywhere else
I was involved in a bad wreck on Wednesday evening. The police called for a tow and All Call showed up. The guy was super nice and beyond friendly. He explained everything to me about how it all works and helped walk me through everything. He went over pricing and was very reasonable with his pricing with all they had to do. After that he took me and my groceries home with no hesitation. I would give them more stars if I could. I would highly recommend them and will always use them from now on.
This place borders on extortion in the way they are willing to charge you. 1000 dollars for towing, and there is no upper limit to what they might charge you. This organization is a shameful representative of what should be a good service, especially if your insurance does not cover their service. This place almost ruined my life, and I hope that this review reaches people to make them think twice about calling them. The individuals may be nice, but their system is shameful.

Buddy was EPIC! Not only did he rapidly come to my rescue after I lost the key to a rental car he had to come into a garage that he barely could clear with height of his truck and then to make matters worse, go up 4 full flights onto the 4th floor all the while having to keep making sure his truck could clear ! Then once at car had to put special tow on it for an all wheel drive vehicle! He was so kind and reassuring that all would be fine. He not only got my rental car back to Roanoke in perfect shape after making sure was all secure with special straps but was kind enough to wait to make sure car was received by staff and dropped me off at the airport rental counter after!! No . What a great man you are Buddy and anyone looking for a wonderful towing experience look no further than ALL CALL TOWING!! My day flipped from awful to great thanks to Buddy. BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE EVER !! If there were 10 stars I would rate it that!
There's a decent chance they'll charge you WAY more than they initially say. They say $xyz on the phone, then it's actually a MUCH higher rate.
Two stars because they are acceptable at the actual towing part. If you have to use them, get the costs in writing up front.
Had a low speed collision, damage to front right tire and control arm. I asked the deputy if I could call my own tow company and he said his would arrive faster. The police called these guys to tow me and then this company proceeded to charge me $1000 to get my car back.
Here's my bill: $250 because it was drizzling, $250 to clean up some debris from the road, and $500 for the tow.
Then they proceded to scream at me when I told them charging me $1000 was evil, basically taking advantage of people in a desperate situation, towing them without telling them the cost of the tow, and then extorting them to receive their car. The guy was screaming at me about how his trucks cost $5k/mo. Okay, so you can make that in like one morning when you tow five people.
I then had to argue with them to tow my car to a mechanic. They acted like they were doing me a favor by only charging me $1000. Lol.
They also said stuff like, "the police set the price" so I called the police and they said they definitely did not set the price.
There is a county ordinance coming into effect July 1st to limit the amount these companies can charge you. Just can't come soon enough. Lived here for like 14 years and I know a lot of people and this business will not get away with this type of behavior forever. Sooner or later karma catches up to people.
My daughter's car battery died and she needed a jump. She tried to do it herself but they couldn't get the other car close enough to reach with the cables. I called All Call and they were there in 15 minutes!! $50 later she was up and running. Thank you very much for helping my daughter out.
All towing showed up within minutes from calling. My van broke down near Christiansburg and they were there to help.

Update: Just used their services again. They were the only towing service to pick up my call after 5pm. Daniel showed up within minutes from confirming the puck up. The vehicle we towed had a flat tire and wouldn’t start. Daniel took his time to load it properly and without damage onto the truck! I will be calling them again for more services.
Car died on the highway, of course. I had called roadside assistance with my insurance and been waiting roughly an hour with no tow truck even dispatched. My partner’s uncle gave me the number and said to call. Gene answered and when I explained the situation advised calling my insurance back to make sure they wouldn’t be quicker (even though it could have lost him this $) and to try and save me some money. Once I had canceled the tow truck my insurance hadn’t even sent yet, I called back and there was no hesitation. It was only about 20 minutes after we got off the phone that Gene arrived, towed my car back to my house, and even jumped my battery! All for easily the BEST price I’ve ever encountered. I will never call another company again. Quality service at a great price, I’d give All Call 10 stars if I could.
Incredible experience with All Call. Lee worked slowly and methodically to not only get our car out, he also saved it from severe damage. He maneuvered like a surgeon and I drove the car away with nothing but a small scratch. They came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. All for a very fair price. Highly recommend.
