The owner answered all my calls and questions no matter how many times I called or how late I called. They go above and beyond and make sure that whatever kind of vehicle they are towing they treat it as their own. They kept my car clean and scratch free.

I was broken down late in the evening after work around 7:15. It was 27 degrees. My road side assistance sends the tow through an automated system. No one was picking it up because my destination was 55 miles away. S&A took the tow, were to me within 30 minutes or less of accepting it, and drove me all the way home safely.
