Horrible place they towed my car even after I paid for parking they was rude and charged 180 to get my vehicle back . And left us standing with 2 kids in the cold and refused to help get us back to her vehicle
My battery died on my car the doors were locked and my key fob wouldn't work so I called S&A towing Austin showed up promptly and unlocked my car then he jumped my car.
An employee of S&A Towing sat in the Pizza Inn parking lot and recorded our protest in front of the Christiansburg Trump store for nearly an hour. They were clearly trying to flex their power and intimidate people, despite no one actually being parked there. One person briefly stopped in a spot but immediately left peacefully . Their actions were unnecessary, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for any business.
I am very displeased with this company. They are contracted out through my leasing office & when I called to have someone removed from my reserved spot, I was told that there was no one on this side of town & I should find somewhere else to park.
If you need a wrecker service this is who to call. Service people are great, polite, efficient, timely . Got me out of a bad spot ! I would definitely call them again

The owner answered all my calls and questions no matter how many times I called or how late I called. They go above and beyond and make sure that whatever kind of vehicle they are towing they treat it as their own. They kept my car clean and scratch free.
Called to see if they could come jump my car and tow if it couldn't get started. Technician was prompt and had my car running in less than a minute. When asked about the charge, it was $75!! I couldn't believe it as it was $75 for less than a minute of work. I understand you have to make a profit, but that is straight up greed. I like to support small businesses when I can, but will not support them again if needed in the future...

Waited 2 hours for another towing company who never showed. Called here and they were there in 10 minutes. Service was fantastic and the prices were great.
Having nothing to say but great things about S&A. Timely, Responsive, Courteous in helping my stranded daughter who is 4 hours away from her family. They actually checked her car out before towing, and got it up and running and on her way. They didn't have to do that but they did. I am grateful.
Very pleased with S&A Towing!! Couldn’t ask for a better group of guys to get you off the side of the road! They answered the first time calling even though it was later in the evening & I knew it would be hard finding someone to tow. Let us sit in their truck to keep warm so we wasn’t out in the cold. Highly recommend!! My car was totalled in an accident and S&A Towing arrived quickly and brought me home, along with my groceries, then took my car to the body shop. Great fast service and great employees!!
Lost keys to my f350, S&A came and picked it up down in Shawsville and brought it to my house. Shawn took the time to manuever his rig several times to put it right where I needed it in my yard. Great people to use, highly recommend.
If I could rate this 10 stars I would. I wish I had gotten the worker's name, but I had the single best service I will probably ever have from a towing company.
I put in a roadside assistance request with my insurance provider and they orginally sent out a different tow company to attempt a jump start on my battery. The battery did not start, but the tow company wouldn't tow me. Said the service was only put in as a jump start attempt, and that I would have to put in another roadside assistance claim to get a tow.
Second claim later, S&A shows up for the tow. This nice gentleman trys to jump my car this go around, lo and behold it starts just fine. Just to make sure nothing goes wrong, the tow truck followed me all the way to the mechanic shop. I felt so taken care of, I just want to say thank you.
My camper was gimped on 81S - these peeps showed up and got me off the highway quickly and then towed me to a safe place so I can get it repaired. Courteous and professional! Thanks S&A

On day 1 of our cross country trip at 8pm my car broke down on the highway. After a long hour and a half back and forth with my insurance company (who also provides roadside assistance) S&A were dispatched and subsequently cancelled by said insurance company. Instead of adhering to incorrect instructions from insurance company, they called me and verified that we still, in fact needed assistance. We decided to to see if our car would start while we waited (we were trying every 15 mins) it started and we drove about a mile down the road to safety. We informed S&A towing and instead of checking us off and staying home, they still came out to check in on us and offer any insight.
What a great experience considering the unpleasant evening we were having. Would highly recommend!! and we made it to California without any additional issues ! (it wasn't the alternator ;))
Pleasant and timely folks. They go over and beyond to help. I had a flat tire at a campground in Hillsville Va, after my insurance called many “local” companies with no success, S&A agreed to come out even though it was slightly out of their service area. Can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to help me.
Driver Mason was wonderful and helpful. When I told him I was out of heating fuel for my house and had the cans in my trunk he offered to stop at a station on the way and let me fill them up. He was very kind and helpful. Very respectful man. Thank you so much.
I rode with the gentleman (I believe the owner) who towed my car 45 minutes to the repair shop closest to where I was staying for the evening and he was so kind and helpful. Offered to drop me off closer to my destination and then continue on to drop my car at the repair shop which was even further away. I really enjoyed our conversation. He made pleasant a stressful situation breaking down on a long rode trip in an unfamiliar town. Especially for a woman traveling alone. Like they say, you never remember that road trips that go well, but you always remember the problematic ones, and I'll always remember this one especially because of his kindness!
I was broken down late in the evening after work around 7:15. It was 27 degrees. My road side assistance sends the tow through an automated system. No one was picking it up because my destination was 55 miles away. S&A took the tow, were to me within 30 minutes or less of accepting it, and drove me all the way home safely. I would highly recommend!
What a top notch company. I called for towing service after a the Night of Destruction event. The driver had to wait out the traffic, then find me in the parking lot. He was able to determine the issue with my vehicle and did it all with a smile. I would highly recommend S&A Towing to anyone and everyone who needs a towing service.
Worst towing experience I have ever had. Waited over two hours to come and have my parking lot cleared so I would have a place to park. After 3 calls, come to find out the person I was talking with was 2.5 hours away and was shocked to find that no one had showed up yet. Instead of calling his coworker to come right away, he informed me to park in a spot to which I was unauthorized to park in, which normally I would've been towed in, and that he was calling his coworker then, only to tell him NOT to come out and tow anyone just so that I would not get towed. All at the same time, neglecting to inform his coworker to actually come out and do his job, when he was originally supposed to have been informing him to do, in the first place.
