Someone used this company to tow a car off of my property. Parts of my yard were a bit muddy and for some reason the driver drove onto that part of my yard and got stuck. He asked to use some pavers from my walkway to put under his tire to help him get out, I was hesitant but decided to let him anyways because he insisted they wouldn’t get broken. WRONG, him and the older woman he was with broke 19 of my pavers and also ruined my yard. The woman told me she would pay me for them but instead as soon as they finally got the car on the tow truck, they left quickly without a word. Very dishonest and dishonorable company, I suggest you look elsewhere.
I had a very good experience with Chuck today. He was polite, courteous, and a very good communicator. Chuck kept me updated on his whereabouts, and handled my long tow service very professionally.
Great service and very flexible. Showed up on time with a professional demeanor. Even received a follow up phone call saying all went well. The tow was Reedville to Mechanicsville. Definitely will use again when needed.
My car broke down in the middle of no where. Between tappahannock and Gloucester. It was a hot and miserable day. Within an hour and half of my call they had our car in mechanicsville at the shop. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend!
We have used Leasure's on several occasions over the past 10 years. Each time we have been more than pleased with the service. Leasure's always notifies us when they will arrive and they always get there when they say they will. They are friendly, courteous and always turn a bad situation into a pleasant encounter. They are also knowledgeable and caring. They always do all they can to do what we need done. They are truly a pleasure to do business with. Absolutely 5 STAR SERVICE!
Chuck and Linda were awesome! We tried using BoatsUS to assist with a flat tire on our trailer. They couldn’t help us and said we were too far from any of their normally used services. My wife got ahold of Leasures Wrecking. They went out and found us a replacement trailer tire at another location then showed up and changed the flat in no time. Very friendly too! Chuck’s Bday is tomorrow and instead of out celebrating on a Friday evening he and his wife were helping us! Outstanding service!! Thank you two again.
Never use these crooks! They moved one of my trucks hardly anywhere (not even a mile) and charged me over $700 when I specifically asked what the price would be up front and was told a much lower rate. In comparison I used a different towing customer who came out hooked up and took the truck 20 minutes away and charged almost 1/3 of what they charged.
I’ve been in building material distribution for 35+ years and have never been gauged so heinously. We did not even need to be towed, just pulled out and they charged us $750 for an hour and a half’s worth of work. I got the same vehicle towed locally 8 miles and it took 3 hours and was charged 1/3 of what Leasure’s charged us. We asked up front what their rate was and got smoke n’ mirrors tactics out the gate. My fault, I should have sent one of my own trucks with a chain. Was just trying to save a little time and money. We make a lot of deliveries to that area and would NEVER use them again no matter what the situation.
So wish I had read the reviews! Women I spoke to is extremely unprofessional. Had to tow my car from Gloucester into Urbanna was not expecting such a high bill.
I requested a price and when I said I wanted to get a competitive quote she proceeded to give me a hard time. I guess they think they are the only game in town and can treat the customer like a tool. There are other options and I would pay $50 extra just to keep them away from my vehicle. Probably will haul it myself with a $15 UHaul car trailer.
They stole 375 dollars from a KID for a tow that was 5 minutes away, didn’t fix anything that was wrong with the car. It’s highway robbery! Don’t use this company unless you want to lose all of your savings.
Wish I could leave no stars but here we are. Hit a deer and was forced to get a tow. Unfortunately these crooks were the people that were called to the scene. Charged us $325 to tow it three miles and wanted an extra $50 dollars from us by keeping it for another day even though we were trying to call them. They were not answering the phones so we could retrieve our vehicle. Finally, when they did answer, they were very nasty and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Hope the Sheriff's department takes them off the list for towing companies on call. Wouldn't want anyone else to find themselves in our situation.
first they didn't answer the phone the two times i called. when they did answer said they not available even though they claim to be 24 hour service. called the next the morning and i don't know who the lady was who answered the phone but her customer service skills are horrible at best. just plain rude and nasty. have used them in the past but they will not get anymore of my money. they probably should get someone else to answer the phone cause that lady is just nasty. its a shame when someone has that much attitude cause you are trying to give them your business. I'm sure they don't care but they will never get any of my business again
Truck was recovered last night. Was told to call in the morning to schedule a time to pickup. Called at 8am to see when I could pick it up. Was told she would be back at the lot at 9:30. I was at mcv so it would work out being an hour and half drive. I drive there and nothing, no one. Called and made some excuse told me another hour and half. Now going on 3 hours, no call back nothing. Quick to take your money though on an overpriced tow! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Was involved in a wreck at 830 in the evening the police officer on scene called Leasure’s the man that arrived was compassionate asking if myself and my kids were ok! He towed my car about 2000 feet to the lot, the next day when I went to the lot to get my things out of my car the lot was locked and no one was there called the number on the gate and even tho the woman that answered was clearly in the middle of something she was still polite and knowing that we were not from the area and lived 2 hours away she gave us access to the lot. (Honestly she didn’t have to she could of told us tough luck) The next day after my family finally made it home we realized we forgot to take a few things from the vehicle again we live 2 hours away and just stopping by to get our things wasn’t reasonable Chuck offered to get the things for us and brought them to a family members work that was down the street!!! I’ve been in the automotive field my whole life and know that running a tow truck and police calls is a 24/7 job and some days can be extremely overwhelming these people went out of their way to help me and my family I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again if needed.
Called to get a quote and possibly a tow. The woman that answered the phone didnt answer the phone as a buisness she just picked it up and said nothing, i had to ask if i called the right place to which the answer was "give me the situation, im extremely busy and dont have time to play games!" I said "no thanks ill call someone else and wait instead of paying you to be rude and snap at me!" Waited an extra hour for another tow company to arrive and im glad i did. They made me feel like i was the most important person in thier world while they recovered my vehicle. If your looking to throw money away call me first otherwise these guys will take it and make you feel dumb for giving it to them!
Had my motorhome stuck I'm mud at Bethpage Campground, they very promptly and professionally came and pulled me out. Thanks again for your help. Definitely will recommend.
Rude, disrespectful, arrogant, did not show up until the next day, we are disabled and left us at a big disadvantage, then damaged our vehicle when towed. Not professional or qualified in my opinion. I have been in automotive industry for over 30 years.
