My family & I have solely used Deltaville Auto since moving to the area almost 10 years ago. They have excellent customer service, great prices, and work quickly. The only other place that has worked on my vehicle has been the dealership for warranty repairs. I trust them 100% and will continue to use them.

I chose this shop for an oil change because it’s close to home, had decent reviews, and I was hoping to find a new local mechanic to support. I haven’t had the best experiences with dealerships, and most of them are nearly an hour away, which is hard to manage with my busy schedule. The staff here was friendly, but the wait time for a scheduled oil change was an hour. I was also charged $200, which is far more than I’ve ever paid for an oil change. Unfortunately, the experience left me uncomfortable with returning. I’ll be going back to the other shops I’ve used before, even if it means a longer commute.

Brought my vehicle in last minute for a vibration in the steering wheel. I expected to leave it overnight, but was happy to hear they were able to resolve the issue the same day. Great Service as usual and friendly staff.

Upon entry, I was greeted by the friendly and courteous staff who went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle got the service it needed. When my tire went flat, Deltaville Auto had 2 brand new tires ordered and installed in 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Deltaville Auto.

Deltaville Auto diagnosed and resolved a transmission problem with my 2002 Toyota 4Runner. I like their communication, attention to detail and quality. They also kept to schedule. Great folks there.

John and his team are professionals. Took my 2002 F150 in for tires, shocks, alignment and inspection. John and team found some things wrong, original control arms had failed, which were replaced. When i went to pick up truck, John had all the old parts (I hadnt asked for them) and took the time to walk thru and show me what was broken and why they replaced. Appreciated the integrity of Deltaville Auto team in showing the customer why repairs were needed. Will be back. Shane

This is the third shop I wandered into with the same intermittent issue. These guys are fantastic, they actually listen and are honest. It's so refreshing to speak to mechanics who aren't condescending to women!! I appreciate how the team persevered to find a solution when the problem was not really obvious and the situation was complicated. 10/10!

Have had my cars at Deltaville Auto a few times now for a variety of minor and more than minor work. They are fair, efficient, and communicate well to explain what can/should be done, including how much it will cost and why. I feel confident that the work being done is necessary and will be done well. Recommended!

We are new to the Deltaville area and had an issue with a tire. Deltaville Auto took us right in and fixed the tire in 30 mins. John and his team are fast, efficient, very knowledgeable, and all around nice people. We are customers for the long term. Update: 8/21/24 Once again Deltaville Auto exceeded our expectations. We needed new rotors and brakes for our vehicle for an upcoming long distance road trip. John scheduled the time, we showed, and they completed the work fast, efficiently, and for a fair price. The team at Deltaville Auto is fantastic and they will work hard for you as well.

This place rejected my inspection because my heating/defrost takes awhile to work and quoted $2,500 to fix it. While getting failed inspection they rotated my tires and the next day my brakes burned up and they stated that could happen anytime not their fault. Offered to fix it for $1500. Charged me over $350 for tire rotation and failed inspection. Not happy with their service at all!

This is the best auto shop in town. Super helpful friendly people. They always get me in quickly and I have never had any issues. I called panicking that my tire wouldn't hold air. I called up there and they told me to bring it in right away. It was a nail. They patched me right up and charged me a whopping $20. Super affordable and honest people. Highly recommend.

The town of Deltaville is great, and Deltaville Auto is one of the reasons why! Great customer service, timely (and correct) repairs, respectable pricing. Go there once and you'll be a fan!

Awesome quick service. Found the problem that two others didn't find in the last couple of months...I was 250 miles away from home. They squeezed me into their busy schedule and didn't take advantage of my out-of-town situation, even let me borrow one of their cars to make it to the coffee shop while waiting. If I was living nearby, this would be my go-to shop, hands-down!!!!

Despite a heavy schedule, John immediately helped us replace a blown tire on our RV. He had a new tire installed the next day and then checked out a second problem tire at no cost. He was friendly, helpful and his prices were fair. I would go back to him in a heart beat.

Always a great experience at Deltaville Auto. 5th wheel tires were installed quickly. Brakes and bearings checked. The guys even stopped traffic so I could back out of the lot. Fair prices and friendly local service. Can't ask for more than that. Also, a full line of quality amsoil products available.
