We heard a strange rattling coming from my rear driver’s side tire. We brought it to Grover’s and they quickly took the car in to take a look! They had it back to me in 20 minutes ready to go! I’m so grateful for their quick work and willingness to take a walk in for what would otherwise have ruined my vacation!
Took my vehicle in to have some work done and, once diagnosed, asked them to please call me with the cost before proceeding with the work. The only call I received was after the work was done. I never authorized the work based on the cost but I was stuck at that point. If you don't want a surprise bill, I recommend finding somewhere that's more upfront and communicative.
We were vacationing in Matthews for our 40th wedding anniversary. As we were driving around on a Friday afternoon, we noticed our car had a strong gas smell. We decided to Google an auto mechanic and got to Grovers around 4 PM, one hour before they close and on a Friday!
Two mechanics came and looked at the car and said that it smelled very strong with gas, put it on the lift and found a gas leak in the fuel line. They asked us when we were going to be leaving town and we told them Sunday, so they looked at the clock and decided to fix our car for us so we could enjoy our weekend. They got it finished by 5:00 PM and we were on the road again with our car repaired! This business is top notch in our book!

Honest hard-working mechanics. Although they really should align themselves with another mapping service other than Google Maps or in addition to Google Maps.
The people here were extremely nice, professional and fast for my state inspection. I do have to take it back for a repair that it didn't pass on but he gave me a fair quote that was less than Firestone. I was impressed by how quick and efficient they were. Great place to go but be prepared. They are usually pretty busy but they do their best to get you taken care of quickly.
They have been in business for decades and that doesn't happen unless you are good at what you do. They always get a quick turnaround on my vehicle repairs and explain what they need to do or have done very well. They have been helping me get way past 200,000 miles on all of my vehicles for years.
I always try to support local and our business always uses Grover’s. The service is wonderful , really nice people .. a little more on the pricey side but you get what you pay for and I would take my vehicle back there
