Mr. Yates Donta, the tow truck driver, was nice, friendly, helpful, and professional. My car had a flat tire, and on January 30, 2026, he towed my car to the service center. Thank you.

During the winter storm in January '26, I thought I told my driveway enough. Turns out I didn't and I got stuck in the middle of it.
I tried calling AAA, they wouldn't send someone. I tried calling empire towing, they were too backed up and said they couldn't get someone out there until tomorrow.
But when I called Manassas Towing, I got Mr. Singh and he said he'd get someone out there within 45 minutes
Fortunately, I was able to get my car out on my own with a little more shoveling. But I was appreciative of the fact that they were willing to and able to.
I called them late on a weekday night, they were very personable, and they were able to dispatch a driver within an hour to help my mom replace a flat tire in 21 degree weather. Not only did the driver replace the flat but he also inflated the spare which was flat as well. Professional service!
These guys got here quickly after I called, and managed to tow my car out of a tricky spot. They were friendly and professional, and got the job done fast. Will definitely recommend this towing service to friends!
First off i almost never leave reviews. And probably wouldn't have but they asked….
Arrived 2.5 hours later than i had reserved me. Proceeded to give me FALSE updates on their ETA. Told guy to not try to ever start my car. The moment i turn around when he is offloading the car, the guy is in my car and decides to start the car. I yell at him to turn it off. He gets out but not before leaving oil and grease from his jacket all over my brown leather interior. A couple more horrifying details from this service but i think you get the point.

I will say 2 positive things. The young guy who was the driver was kind and respectful. . And he gave me a discount for being so late.

You don't use towing/roadside services very often, so when you call you aren't sure what you are going to get. My battery died on a Saturday night. Action Towing, and Junior specifically provided great service and friendly interaction. I imagined the worse when I attempted to jump with another call failed. Junior arrived in 30 minutes, jumped my battery, and helped me understand I did not need a tow to the dealership, just drive my car home and replace the battery myself. Got me home safe, and saved me hundreds of dollars. It is great to find a company and representative that cares not only about the service, but the customer as well. Thank you!

Car wouldn’t start so called a couple of towing companies and they said no drivers on Sunday. Jerome from Action Towing showed up within 30 minutes. Car was hooked up and dropped off within an hour. Highly recommend.
Although Action Towing was delayed because of the number of calls they had, I was kept informed throughout the wait. The driver arrived as scheduled, was courteous and knowledgeable about towing a Tesla.
NEVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!Asked me to give my location for a tow that was paid for through AAA. Then after an hour decided they didn't want to do the tow and lied to AAA saying there was no driver at the vehicle when in all actuality there were 2 of us at the vehicle. Then to make matters worse they stopped answering my call so I couldn't ask why they did that.
The driver (JUNIOR) did a really good job and was nice. . It just took several hours longer than the initial ETA for him to arrive. If they had been more timely, I’d give 5 stars based on the driver’s performance and he was very communicative on where I wanted him to park the towed car. 5 stars to Junior/4 for the dispatch
My ignition went out and my steering was locked. I was stuck 14 miles away from home. So I called around for a tow truck and average prices were $300. Then I saw a link for affordable towing and it dialed Action Towing. Priced me $150. My car was in a pretty tight spot and very hard for a flat bed to pull out, but the driver was very communicative and explained everything that was going on. Ended up getting the car out the spot and secured onto the flat bed . I will be calling Action Towing for all my towing needs from now on!
JOEY IS MY GUY FOR ALL THINGS TOWING! On 3 occasions Joey, you showed up with skillful precision and Superman strength to tow my bmw X5 out of my garage and to the mechanics. On returning my suv to my home, not only did the Tow truck put in work but Joey physically pushed and maneuvered my X5 into a parking space with no electrical power to make it easier to stare. As I stressed about the impossible when moving my suv, Joey made it happen swiftly and diligently everytime and made it look so easy too. Thank you for taking your time to maneuver my vehicle out of these tight situations and spaces literally.
Clutch line leak, cant shift, lucky to drift to nearest parking lot. It was a great service beginning from the dispatch to the parking lot and into my garage. Max is unbelievably awesome.
