You don't use towing/roadside services very often, so when you call you aren't sure what you are going to get. My battery died on a Saturday night. Action Towing, and Junior specifically provided great service and friendly interaction. I imagined the worse when I attempted to jump with another call failed. Junior arrived in 30 minutes, jumped my battery, and helped me understand I did not need a tow to the dealership, just drive my car home and replace the battery myself. Got me home safe, and saved me hundreds of dollars. It is great to find a company and representative that cares not only about the service, but the customer as well. Thank you!

Car wouldn’t start so called a couple of towing companies and they said no drivers on Sunday. Jerome from Action Towing showed up within 30 minutes. Car was hooked up and dropped off within an hour. Highly recommend.
Although Action Towing was delayed because of the number of calls they had, I was kept informed throughout the wait. The driver arrived as scheduled, was courteous and knowledgeable about towing a Tesla.
NEVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!Asked me to give my location for a tow that was paid for through AAA. Then after an hour decided they didn't want to do the tow and lied to AAA saying there was no driver at the vehicle when in all actuality there were 2 of us at the vehicle. Then to make matters worse they stopped answering my call so I couldn't ask why they did that.
The driver (JUNIOR) did a really good job and was nice. . It just took several hours longer than the initial ETA for him to arrive. If they had been more timely, I’d give 5 stars based on the driver’s performance and he was very communicative on where I wanted him to park the towed car.

My ignition went out and my steering was locked. I was stuck 14 miles away from home. So I called around for a tow truck and average prices were $300. Then I saw a link for affordable towing and it dialed Action Towing. Priced me $150. My car was in a pretty tight spot and very hard for a flat bed to pull out, but the driver was very communicative and explained everything that was going on. Ended up getting the car out the spot and secured onto the flat bed . I will be calling Action Towing for all my towing needs from now on!

JOEY IS MY GUY FOR ALL THINGS TOWING! On 3 occasions Joey, you showed up with skillful precision and Superman strength to tow my bmw X5 out of my garage and to the mechanics. On returning my suv to my home, not only did the Tow truck put in work but Joey physically pushed and maneuvered my X5 into a parking space with no electrical power to make it easier to stare. As I stressed about the impossible when moving my suv, Joey made it happen swiftly and diligently everytime and made it look so easy too. Thank you for taking your time to maneuver my vehicle out of these tight situations and spaces literally.

Probably the nicest, most responsive tow service I’ve ever dealt with. Most tow services are angry and impatient, but that is the opposite of what I experienced with Action Towing. Good for them for realizing that most (all?) people calling a towing service are probably having their own bad day.
They are getting 3 stars because the driver was kind and helpful. Me having to wait 6 hours for my replacement car was not his fault. However, calling the company itself for updates on where the driver was, went unanswered; for 6 hours, on a Monday, during business hours, no one at the number listed answered the phone.

He was very understanding and empathetic, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. He also kept me updated throughout the entire process, from the moment he was on his way to pick up my vehicle until it was safely dropped off. The driver was very very nice. My car battery died on the side of the road 17 miles away from home and he came as quick as he could in the traffic. My parking spot is a bit snug. He was very careful and perfect with parking the car! I wish I got his name but under some personal stress I unfortunately didn’t ask. I really appreciate and recommend them for your service towing needs!

Towing companies usually try to up charge for every little thing, action towing is so professional & affordably priced I had the best experience with Donta he called with his ETA and got me and my vehicle where we needed to be so fast. He was so knowledgeable about why I was in this situation and what to do if it happens to me again. They will always be the first company I’ll call if I’m ever in need in the future
