I had never been to an O'Reilly before today but will definitely be visiting again in the future! I needed help with putting oil in my car and Damon was so lovely and immediately stepped in to help. He was efficient, professional, and informative the entire time he helped. Thank you Damon and O'Reilly!

Always got what im looking for, staff always friendly and they help with what they can (wipers, fluids, lights, etc) small stuff. Its like the same as auto zone and all, but the people here seem passionate about vehicles, thus always eager to help. Keep it up, wouldnt go anywhere else.

A week ago I had car troubles and had to make an emergency stop. Damon promptly helped figure out I was out of coolant and from there on was amazing. I know very little about cars other than they need gas. He helped me shop, showed me how to put it in my car, and most importantly explain what it did with making me feel stupid. He was very helpful and sweet. 10/10 recommend if you have questions find that guy.

I called into the store to see if someone could come out to check my battery. Damon came out & checked it. My battery was dead so he put in a new one. He was very friendly & professional.

I have had my share of truck issues and car issues over the years at 55 years old, but I must say Daniel and his team at the Zions Crossroads store in Virginia ARE SECOND TO NONE!!!!!! I call….they answer, I stop by…..they greet me at the door, I order…..and it arrives quickly and correctly, and I ask a million questions…..and they never get tired of giving me the right answers sometimes over and over until I understand it! The few times I’ve had to go somewhere else for a part…..I’m always regretful and reminded that I am blessed to have Daniel and his team behind me and in my corner!!!!!!! Thank you Orielys for hiring qualified people and making my repairs a little more bearable! Jerry Blackwell

I pulled up to O'Reilly Auto Parts a few weeks ago desperate to have my high and low beam bulbs replaced in my 2006 Nissan Altima. I noticed a young man helping a customer in the parking lot and asked him if O'Reilly would be willing to help me as I had no working headlight bulbs on the passenger side of my vehicle. I pulled up and rolled down my window and asked if they can replace my bulbs though I had not purchased them there. (They were a Christmas gift from my father.) Connor told me he would be happy to help once he was done with the other customer. Within a few short minutes, Connor was able to replace my high beam bulb. He stated he would not be able to replace the low beam bulb as some parts needed to be removed in order to install the bulb. Thanks to Connor's help, I was able to drive a bit more safely at night. I am so grateful for his help and I hope he is recognized for his excellent customer service! Thanks again, Connor!

Stopped in this morning to get a simple part. But the store only had one person working the counter. No one else but one guy. People walked out as I did because of the wait. Phones ringing and the poor kid could not answer them . I felt bad for him,but can only imagine the loss of revenue by not being staffed and missed calls. No one wants to work anymore,especially the kids.

Well, now there is a reason for not giving them 5 stars and now the only reason I didn't drop it to 2 is this is the one bad incident I have had with this place...so far... I ordered a basic air filter online. Site told me it would be ready in an hour. I had my phone on the charger in the house while working on the vehicle in the garage and decided to check to see if my pickup confirmation email had arrived. It hadn't, but there were two missed calls back to back from a number I didn't recognize. I checked and it was the number for this store. No voicemail, so I called and the young man told me they didn't have the filter. I asked and he located one at another store and told me it would be at this store by about 1:30pm the next day. I said I could work with that and thanked him. Next morning I sit down at my computer and an email came in telling me my order had been cancelled and they could not fulfill the order. No explanation, no call from the store, just basically two middle fingers. I have been happy to use this store because the Advance Auto across the street can get overwhelmed and you need to pack a lunch sometimes to sit in line forever to be helped...even with an online order. Well, after receiving the two middle finger email from this store, I placed an order at Advance and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. They were not very busy at about 11:30 AM on a Sunday and shockingly had at least 4 staff on duty. Maybe they are getting better. I had the filter in-hand in two minutes after arriving. I never received the call I was promised by the young man when that filter was supposed to arrive at this store. I had kind of figured that would happen after the two middle finger email, that's why I had already obtained the filter long before that time passed. Communicate with the customer and leave a voicemail, thats why voicemail exists. It drives me nuts that people are so adverse to leaving a voicemail. And to just cancel an order for a simple air filter? An air filter there were two choices for online? They could have at least offered me the more expensive one as an alternative. Nope, a two middle finger email telling me the store cancelled it and no communication from the store otherwise to let me know or tell me why. Even the email didn't bother apologizing in the least. I should have planned ahead better and ordered the filter from Amazon. Lesson learned. Don't buy stuff like that at these places. You can have it delivered and not run the risk of getting in line behind some shade tree mechanic looking for an obscure part making it a social visit that could last a half hour. I DO want to state that my experiences at this location have been better than this since my last review, but this was ridiculous. Original review, edited: Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I've only used them once. I needed a lawn mower battery and usually use Advance Auto across the street. I called Advance to ask a question about the battery I needed, sat on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and called O'reilly. They answered the phone! The battery I needed was not in stock in the store, so they had it brought from another location within a couple of hours. It was waiting for me when I got there. I cought them at a good time as not many people were there, but as I left several people were showing up and they only had two people I could see working the counters. I never understood how these places were always so understaffed on the weekends, the most likely time customers need them. I dont know how this location performs under serious customer load. I know Advance Auto across the road can be an absolute nightmare of time waiting.

I went here to get my car battery replaced. The staff was friendly and I got the battery I needed. However, after looking at where my battery was located in my car, the staff claimed they were not able to do the installation because they claimed it would require that the car's air filter and other parts needed to be removed in order to get to the battery and that's something they couldn't do. They said I would need to take it to a mechanic. After driving home, one YouTube video and 20 mins later, I had the battery replaced without having to remove anything else. Had the O'Reilly staff had the appropriate knowledge or just watched a YouTube video they could have done the job. It was not difficult for me to instal the battery myself, but for anyone who isn't able to or isn't interested in installing it themselves, they would have wasn't time and money by taking the car to a mechanic. Battery instals are one of the only reasons I go to an auto parts store (as I prefer to buy most stuff online). Because of this, I'm likely to try a different auto parts store next time.

Lot of stuff for your car or truck. Nice employees clean store. Only thing I seen is bad are the prices I don't see why they are so high and I can go across the street and get the samething but cheaper.

Nice and helpful staff. I always go the Advance Auto but the ones at Zions are terrible. Its good there is another option to go to now!!!!
