  Great first visit today. I didn’t know to stay left and go to the drive-thru area and ended up on the scale at first, but the employee in the scale house was very friendly and guided me to whip a quick u-turn after the scale to get over there.
  
  Once parked in the building, a very upbeat employee greeted me, asked what I had, and promptly assisted me with getting my two alternators onto the scale and showed me how he identified the model # of the catalytic converter and sent a photo of the unit and number to his manager to confirm the value. After a brief wait, he scanned my ID (first visit requirement), printed my receipt, and walked me over to the cash dispenser.
  
  Overall, completely positive experience, and while I don’t expect to have frequent needs for metal recycling services, I’d definitely return if I do.

  Efficient and well-organised facility, especially for a recycler. Enough space to maneuver. Friendly & professional staff who spoke and understand English. Took 45-60 minutes to load, exactly as long as they told us it'd take.

  Good place..when u have to enter, ist scaling must there. Loading time 30 minutes. Clean Rest room avaliable inside.

  We are moving out of a custom auto/fabrication shop. Mitchell and James provided exceptional customer service, to my frequently changing needs, desires, and pick up dates. If the answer simply couldn't be a resounding "yes", they always came through with an acceptable alternative,. They were always patient, friendly, and professional.
  
  I met several different drivers, all courteous, professional, and quick to get an answer to any questions I had.
  
  Overall, Potomac Metals has made my life so much better!
