Predatory towing practices. Insist on the receipt. They will let you go without any receipt and if you insist they will give one that is blank. Very sketchy. Stay away.
They are scammers they towed my car illegally 3 times, the 3rd time when I told them to stop the lady on the phone was laughing then hanged up on me, these people are scammers.
I had gone away for just a second and the towing guy saw me running towards my car and quickly hooked it and was about to take it. When I ran, I got into my car, he lifted my car up while I was in it!!! He saw me and did not care. I screamed and yelled and honked, he saw me and was starting to drive off. These people are completely nuts and pathetic!!!!!!
They are the most resistant and the worst thing is that we only parked for a second, we are not violating anything, it is too much what they take when they win a lawsuit
They have terrible customer service and are very dishonest. They took the car’s license plate and claimed it was lost at the scene even though I had photo evidence showing the license plate was on the car after being towed to their lot.
I called and the guy said my car was in sterling. I get off of work, Uber it to sterling and my car was in falls church. So, I spend close to 90 bucks including tip to pick up my car.

When I told the driver I wanted to take a few photos of the parts affected by my engine trouble before we got on our way, he tried to take over and got right in my face as I was opening the hood, then got angry. Typical machismo, and from there it was downhill, with nothing but rudeness from everyone I spoke with.
If you’re a woman who expects to be treated respectfully, look elsewhere.

Called to ask a a question. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. The “manager” was shady. Can’t believe the sheriff department uses them. They are the definition of predatory.
My Jeep broke down in morning rush hour traffic on 606 into Herndon, these guys responded quickly, were professional and personable and the rate was fair.
I literally cannot say enough great things about these guys. I was trying to surprise my husband by getting his car antique truck fixed — let’s just say it was super low and had a lot of unique challenges.
Al’s worked though all of them and were incredibly patient and careful. They even sent out a second truck to help and put air in the tires. I suspect a lot of the reviews are by people who are upset about having their cars towed. Would highly recommend.
Reasonable price, no hassle, completed as promised. Driver notified that he is on the way to pick up vehicle and when vehicle was dropped off at location. I would recommend Al`s towing services to a friend!
The man who towed my vehicle was rude and only wanted the extra yard storage fee to tow it to his lot instead of the repair facility. For that he charged me $230 for a 4 mile tow. He actually wrote over the "1" for $130 with a "2" on the receipt. Unbelievable.
