Absolute disgrace of an auto parts store. Tried to scam me and charge 4 times the amount I needed to pay for the part, claiming it was discontinued from the dealer. Which is another lie because I got the part from the dealer for 1/4 of the price the agent from this store was trying to charge me. Would absolutely never recommend to this place to anyone and would like to inform anyone reading this to NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because even one star is too high of a rating for such a filthy and dishonest place.
DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!! Would give a negative review if I could. I have had them look up my vin number to my car, so I could order a AC Condenser and the one they send was way too big and did not fit my car at all. I have talked to Ben Smith and Joey Samuel and they had the WORSE customer service. They charged me a ridiculous amount to ship it back to them when they gave me the wrong piece. They also tried to give me 25% off for my next purchase but why would I purchase again when you cant even send me the right AC Condenser? So I was charged for an item that I couldn't even use. SCAM
I bought a tail light for 2019 Camry and Matt Wilson was my Sales person. He was very professional, courteous and kept calling to follow up till I received my order.

Warning Fraud Alert...! This company will take your credit card and personal information to purchase auto parts from other salvage yards. They will pretend to be you when making an order as you and what they do is charge you for the part, and then the business they ordered the part from will charge your card, and then of course you do a chargeback on the company that actually sold the part. They just attempted to pose as a very elderly gentleman from Arizona and purchase parts from our yard. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT make any purchases with this company. They will defraud you. The company name is listed under the llc name of Verigeos. If you look at the BBB reviews you will see tons of people that have been scammed by this company.
No Stars here this is a horrible place to do business sent me a bad motor for $6450.00 6.7 Diesel Motor is not workable been trying to resolve issue for 5 months keep getting the run around ignored calls no call back there happy to talk if they think you ordering something but if you have a probleme your screwed with this company buyer beware if you order from this co which you soulded use a credit card do not wire theme funds CC you can reverse the charge and send ther bad part back if thars what happens worst service ive had ever
Ordered in July still don't have all my parts, every week there's a difference excuse. Order placed with Keith, Alex, John. They all were quick to want payment, said it would be delivered in 7-10 business days & it's been 4 months only received 1 correct part trunk lift, 2nd complete part wrong the muffler system. Have not received bumper at all. They all sent parts to the wrong address several time. After while no call back or just text with limited communication. Do not order from this company. They are not forthright in conducting business. Now they have to be sued.
Ordered a speedometer assembly from Ray Phillips and was impressed with the effort to get the right part. Received it in good time and unit was exactly as promised.
Ordered OEM roof racks for two of my vehicles, having been pleased with the results so far. Ray sent pictures of the parts in question and they were the correct items. This is where the problems began. The parts I received were cheap aftermarket parts, the wrong parts entirely and not even complete. The next few weeks were spent unsuccessfully attempting to get in touch with the person who sold them to me I received excuse after excuse why I had not been able to get in touch with him and why I had not received information on returning the parts.
On the 22nd of this month I received a short email giving me an address in China to return the parts to with a promise to refund my money five days after the parts are received. The freight from USA to china is likely to be excessive and coming out of my pocket would make me question if it would be worth the loss to even try. I will attempt to contact them one more time for this but if I fail I will hand all the information over to my attourney and let him deal with them

I needed a driver's side mirror for my 2001 Honda. I had trouble finding the right one at a local junk yard. Find Auto Parts Online was able to send me one, the right color, for a reasonable price, and it arrived promptly. I installed it this afternoon. It fit perfectly.
I searched and found a 2017 Hyundai Elantra AC Compressor for my daughters car. Find Auto Parts contacted me and provided pictures of same car with part needed. I just got car repaired today and we now have air. Eddie was very helpful through out the whole process and answered any questions I had. It took about 10 days to receive as I live in Alabama. Now, I will continue to trust this company for future needs.

This is the worst place ever to buy parts I've been waiting 5 weeks for a motor never got it they want to charge me $200 more for free I told him no 3 weeks ago four weeks ago never got my refund yet they keep saying the same story over and over again I think I talked to five or six different people down there I don't have no customer service I'll talk to you and it sounds like to me like this is just a big rip off I was wondering if anybody else had this experience and this is the worst time I've ever had trying to find auto parts and getting ripped off I think it's time to get attorney and see if they can help me
I paid too much and 6 weeks later I received a partial of my order, supposed to have 2 fenders, received 1 and it is damaged. Now they are not taking my calls or responding to my texts and emails. I have been completely swindled and robbed, do not buy from this company.
