My battery was bad in my 2006 Cadillac I bought it from there back iin 2021 he tested it said the battery was bad and I had a warranty on my battery so he put a new one in for me and I was good to go after that it's a good place to go to always make sure always get the standard warranty on them batteries

Sir, Sorry for the review. I thought it was the store in Clintwood, Va The store in Pennington Gap was great customer service.

Clean store and good selection of oils and car specific parts.

Did a curbside order. Never received a notification about it. Waited almost 2 hours to go pick it up. Order still wasn't ready. Worker went to look for it while I was there. He wasn't wearing a mask, started sweating profusely, pulled his shirt all the way up to wipe his face off. Then when he went to change my wipers out, he rolled all over my hood and windshield. Left big greasy marks all over it. Just nasty.

Means they help customers with Auto parts you would think they'd be a little more friendlier but they are how they are and business goes elsewhere

Done business here several times and the staff especially micheal has been very helpful and got me exactly what i needed, but today when i entered the store to take back a defective battery jump starter I was told by Jeff that he wasent refunding my money because there wasent anything wrong with the unit! I explained to him that I had tryed jump my vehicle with it and it would not work he still refused to to refund my money so i had to end up rxchanging it for some other stuff of equal value he was very rude and unprofessional and this hasnt been the first time ive heard horror stories about him until i actually saw for my self today, he needs to be dealt with because of his rude and unprofessional behavior!! I also had my receipt from when i purchased it!
