The dark haired female driver needs to stay off the phone while driving.. she nearly ran overtop of my wife and I on kings hwy near the blue gray bridge today. More worried about taking photos of herself mskeing faces than driving a heavy truck.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would in a heart beat. I called and spoke with Chris about a fender I needed for my car. He stated he had the fender and sent me an email stating that it had absolutely had no rust on the fender and would send me pictures. I never received the pictures. He said it would only take 10 mins to pull it off when I got there. So I drove 1 hour and a half to get my fender. When I get there, I waited 30 mins for him to tell me the fender has a lot of rust on it and he is sorry. I didn’t drive that long of a distance for an “I’m sorry”, I came for a fender. I asked for some type of compensation for wasting 4 hours out of my day to no avail. They were not willing to do any of that. I thought he might have left for the day because he just left me sitting at the front for 10 mins. So when I did finally see him I told him to find me a fender. He found one and handed it to me on a piece of paper. I told him to call them and when he did, that one was fine too. He finally found one and that was another hour away from where I was. To make things even better a lady walks from behind the counter and starts getting into with me blaming me for not asking for the pics before I drove down there. How do you take pics of a fender if there is rust on the inside without taking it off. His email clearly stated there was absolutely no rust on the fender. She said she was the manager and Chris was new. She stated they don’t take care of customers by calling around if they don’t have the part. So if you lie to customers and tell them you have the part, and they drive an hour and half and you don’t have it, then what. I guess I’m suppose to say, it’s ok thank you and walk away. Don’t think so. She was one of the most rude managers I have ever dealt with. Not once was she trying to help the situation and make it better. Chris was very polite and tried his best to make it right and she made it worse. She kept correcting Chris on everything he did wiring and not once gave him any praise for what he did right. You can tell he was very stressed. My apologies to you Chis if I stressed you out. But on the other hand she bullies him and doesn’t care about helping customers. If I saw the 3.5 stars before I went there, I would have stayed home. Bully managers won’t keep associates and customers won’t give good reviews. Check out the reviews before you even think about getting a part from this place. They are terrible. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.
Needed a manual transmission for a 09 Camry and they had one. Zero problems with shipping and the transmission works flawlessly. Fortunate to find one !
HORRIBLE customer service, rude on the phone, always saying they will call back but they don’t , no care for the customers, never dealing with them again, they don’t care about their customers very unprofessional.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL they are rude and talk to customers like their friends and then proceeded to hang up on a paying body to which we have had an account with for years this is an ongoing issue and BBB needs to be notified
I am furious at this place. I called ahead to make sure they were open today, and Jeremy told me they would be. I DROVE THREE HOURS to get some seats for my daughter's truck, only to be met with a closed business and a phone that didn't even have a voicemail. Unreliable, and frankly downright rude! The guy had my number and knew I was coming. He could have called me and saved a six hour round trip for NOTHING. If they have any desire to make this right, they should ship the parts to me at their expense.
Crazy that a JUNKyard won't even negotiate a tiny bit on junkyard parts that's ridiculous wanted $300 for a part I was willing to pay $200 "that's the price buddy" You are a junkyard. Not AutoZone
Terrible Business, they took my money and never shipped my item, I called them they said they will call me back but never did. The only reason I gave them one star is because I could not go any lower.
Shouldn’t take 2 days to pull a alternator, Especially after I already paid for it in advance! I can pull it off myself but they won’t allow anybody in the yard. Otherwise Great price on the part and I got my client’s car going flawlessly. I’ll definitely go back as long as I’m not in a hurry.
It's tough when you have to replace an engine and you go used instead of brand new. When buying Salvage you never know what you're going to get, and having to ship it from another state doesn't make it any easier. Northern Neck Auto had exactly what I needed, and after I purchased it they shipped immediately with a tracking number. Jimmy made this process flow really smoothly. I will definitely be back for more used parts

Worst place ever to do business ! Sometimes it's not all about the price , but their attitude and professionalism SUCK . I will never do business with them again or anybody I know ! I rather spend my money with Lews Auto ,at least they appreciate my business
I was in need of a 2015 Subaru Forester XT amplifier. If I went through Subaru's website it would cost roughly $640. If I bought it used/refurbished it was $400. My people near the Charlottesville area told me about car-part.com. This website got me in touch with Northern Neck (NN). They had my amp and mailed it to me in a timely manner for an affordable $160. I held my breath during the install, but it works fine. Thank you big time NN!
The staff is polite, professional, and efficient. I purchased a transmission from them, and they delivered it in a timely manner. I primarily dealt with Tom. He was great!
They last an item online with a price I had to drive 2 hours when I get to the shop They said it is a bad item and they need a week to get it out from the car (cv axel) 2020 altima

Drive 2 hrs this morning after speaking with Greg on Friday to get a hood for our vehicle. Told us to call on our way down ( today is Monday) to have them pull the part. They open at 9am. We left Pa at 7am Called at 9:10 am to let him know we’d be there shortly. Guess what? Says no one working to pull parts till after 3pm! Says we are not able to pull it ourselves. We are business owners too and we have to work this afternoon. Way to go with excellent customer service Greg... NOT!
Craig on the phone was a helpful as a soul could be. Ended up getting what I needed closer to home, but it was still a pleasure just talking with him. Someone give that man a raise!

Husband came in looking for a part for his truck that they said they had, was told would be ready by next day. Husband goes in next day after paying for it and was told that they hadnt pulled part off yet as everyones sitting around upfront. Then was called next day and told they didny have part, wont do business here anymore, 1 shot is all you get from me
Specified part needed multiple times on the phone to ensure part accuracy and availability. Individual on phone said he had 2 in stock. Upon arriving, they brought out half of the assembly missing the item I needed. Then acted as its normal for that item to be missing. Their lack of attention to detail and taking 45 seconds to check could have saved me 3 hrs (90 minute trip with traffic) and 8 gallons of gas... $25 .... not worth the headache of going to this place... NEXT!!!
Ive been in the customer service game for a long time ,and I gotta say, boy oh boy. These folk went above and beyond. Having looked at everything online from ebay to Amazon to Rock Auto and much more...I stumble literally on these guys. I was on the hunt day in and out for over a month. It seemed I was going to have to suck it up, save my money and spend between 200 to 400 dollars on a leather seat for my wifes car. Sad , right? I was on their website n saw what i was looking for but couldnt believe my eyes. To good to be true. The seat I was hunting for was listed at 67.50... So i had to call and verify. Well they had it n i desperately needed it. With our air bag deployed in the seat theres no way it would pass inspection. So I had to see this seat. So they were able to send me pics to my phone.But the kicker is that I would have to drive 2 hrs n 45 min to get it. So I did. I had pictures to go off of n it looked great. And I was pleased to see that in person this was going to be a perfect fit. So much so my wife suggested getting the drivers seat as well if it was in as good of shape. So I did. I also purchased some other items as well to freshen my wifes car up. I cant say enough about these folks. The gentleman Bruce who I had spoke with over the phone, rolled out red carpet. Ms Vickie was also a huge help in pricing to work with in my extremely tight budget. Even the lot puller Scott was diligent in hunting for the items i needed. Oh n did I mention me n Bruce were from same area in S. Jersey? So it was meant to be. The search still isnt over n I hope to rsturn soon to get both passenger side doors not only would they match ,but the price is far better than anything ive seen saving me money both on parts and not having to pay to get them painted. Thank God for this place and these people. So I'd say,,, if they have it...GET IT. it was well worth the almost 3 hour drive. Thanks from my family to all of the family at Norther Neck Auto Parts. It's a junkyard. But as junkyards go, these guys are pretty good. Always seem to have what I need. Prices are fair. They stand behind the parts and do a nice job making it right when things don't work out. You should have no reservations doing business here.
