I cannot even find the words to express my gratitude to this wonderful company. I had an exceptional situation because my car died on moving day and I was very stressed. They were dispatched and came out immediately. The driver who came out was a God send. he went above and beyond to help and he did it with a smile. A driver fell asleep and ended up in my front yard with a busted tire. Long story short- because of no insurance the SUV w/trailer had to be towed. The driver claimed that he called for a tow service; after the police waited over 2-3hrs he called for tow, after over 6hrs and 2 calls to different tow companies I called A2Z, and got Ray on the line. He wasn't far from my house so he was there in less than 10-15min, and after informing the police of the tow he was gone in less than 30mins. So after over 6 hours a few calls and 2 no shows, A2Z showed up and was gone in less than 30mins from the time I called his phone. And because of the trailer on the back of the vehicle Ray had to make 2 tow trips and was done in probably less than 1hr. 1hr is nothing compared to the 6hr wait from something that happened at 10a in the morning and several calls alling for a tow after 12noon and still no pickup @3:50p until "I called" A2Z. Geez, A2Z was a life saver!

Absolutely Fantastic experience with A2Z! I called and spoke to Ray, I had locked my keys in my car and was running late. He personally showed up in under 30 mins and had me on my way 10 mins later. Super nice guy! I Could not have been Happier!

Our roofing contractors got stuck after finishing our warehouse project. It’s been rather wet and rainy so the soil was mushy and quite muddy. The contractors spent hours trying to dig themselves out. Ray and JW show up as promised. They didn’t waste anytime, they quickly set up and made sure the area was safe and secure and they got the contractor’s truck and trailer out FAST!
I was traveling through the state and got 2 flat tires in the wee hours of the morning. Ray was at my car with his tow truck within 30 minutes of getting stranded. The service was amazing and we enjoyed a nice conversation during the ride. I would call A2Z any time I need services in the area.

Great job! Helped me tow my car from Newport News to the north end of Gloucester. Price was better than expected after checking around to see what other companies were charging. The next day had him help me with moving my toolbox.
Ray, you are a life saver. I highly recommend this man. After hours of being stuck on the side of the road with a blowout and no spare and hours of calling other companies. Ray answered instantly and was to us within 20 minutes. It was after hours and hauled us to a tire shop and drove us to a hotel for the night. Not only that but when the hotels were full he had his wife bring us a tire he had at his house and let us use it for the night to get to a hotel and then came back the next morning and hauled us to a tire shop. He went way beyond anything he had to do for us and I am so thankful. Nicest guy you could ask for and very professional. I tried to give him extra money and he wouldn’t even take it. Even though I had to go through the trouble of having me vehicle towed, Ray made the experience a little less stressful with his excellent customer service. He worked with me and I was happy with the service.

I have actually used him three times in a short 4-month span thanks to all of the construction going on at the hospital where I work!
