Poor customer service. Order part at 8:30 am tech said it would be ready by 12. I arrived at 3:00 part still in vehicle not ready. Only one person working front desk.

Mo (the owner) is the best parts dealer I've ever worked with, and that includes the folks at Porsche dealerships I usually work with. Mo was very responsive over both the phone and messaging, respectful, and knowledgable. I look forward to working with him and his company again!
Great place to get parts. They do the used parts business the correct way. Parts are clean, tested and backed with a warranty. I use Gravelys right much.. always great. I wasnt asked to do a review and i dont make many.. but i do appreciate great service and wanted to share my experience. I personally deal with Greg Armes. Give them a try!
Went here looking for a seat. Met one employee leaving office,asked him for help. He said girls in office would help and left.I go into the office, nobody there, ring button and wait ...nobody...ring again.....nobody......so I just left.
James helped me with the purchase of a steering rack, but when it came in it was damaged. I called James and he immediately sent me another one free of charge that came in 2 days later. Great parts yard would recommend them to anyone. 10/10 experience
I would not recommend. We bought a transmission from them and paid over $2,000. Four months later the transmission died and they were not willing to do anything about it.
Called in about a radiator, they confirmed they had a few on the shelf. Drove an hour out and was told they didn't have it. No regard for my time and money as a customer.
Not the same knowledgeable people who used to run it they need more knowledgeable people behind the desk and answering the phone. Not competitively priced with other local yards.
Nice staff and good parts but man hold times are horrible and staff here is S-L-O-W. Every time it take about 15-30 minutes to order a part here. It should take a few minutes. Not sure whats going on over there but some young, fast, sharp guys at the counter would make a world of difference. Just my opinion.

Great company to do business with! Greg & Chelsea in parts are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The shipping is fast and the prices are great. Barnettes Engines has bought several items from them in the past and will definitely continue to work with in the future.
Tony was absolutely rude and misleading. Bought a engine from him and I called after I got it home and installed, it knocked. His reply was I’ll call you back. He never did, I’ve called numerous times and he cusses me and hangs up on me when I try to reason with him. Ownership Tony is not good for your business. Buyers beware of this place. Unprofessional business ethics!!
Every time I call for a part they say they have it , will not pull the part until paid for first. Send a driver to pay and wait on the part then they say "oh I can't find it , sorry " .
I purchased a leather seat via their ebay site. They sent me more photos of the seat when requested and answered all my questions about its condition. Shipping was pricey but fast and well packaged. When I found out that the seat belt buckle had to be replaced, I called them back and we worked it out. Thanks for your customer service. I will be checking your inventory when I need something else.
What a joke Gravely Auto turned out to be. I ordered an engine on Monday(5-27-2017). Sales guy told me I would have it Tuesday (5-28). On Wednesday the driver called me looking for the address, he was in Richmond VA. I told him we are located in Chesapeake VA about 3 hrs from Richmond VA. Wednesday no one showed to deliver. Called Aaron (Sales Rep) on Thursday to find out where the engine is . He assured me he would call right back with an answer. NO ONE CALLED. Today is Friday. Still no engine. I called at 8AM, left a message for Aaron. Called back at 8:20 spoke with Aaron, again I was assured he'd call me back by 8:30 with an answer. I waited until 9AM and called again. I have been on hold for 40 minutes with a run around. No one can give me an answer and continue to want to call me back. But they made sure they collected my money , $1825. I will not do business with this company ever again. I would definitely not recommend Gravely Auto to any one. I will post an update with the end result of this....
~UPDATE~ Today is Tuesday (5-30-17), a week after my promised date and still no engine. Still no resolution. I called this morning and once again could not get a straight answer just a "I'll call you right back with an answer"
I waited 3 hours and called back. When I finally got a "manager" (who told me she was Don Gravely wife) on the phone and requested a refund she started yelling at me. I informed her I will contact my bank. End result.... I requested a refund( hopefully it will be back in my account within 72hrs) and will purchase the engine elsewhere . VERY DISAPPOINTING . I'm sure Mr. Gravely would not appreciate how his business is being ran.
ONE OF THE NICEST AND MOST ORGANIZED YARDS I HAVE SEEN. LOTS OF GOOD BODY PARTS OR SHEET METAL PARTS. MOST THE STUFF ON THE YARD OR IN THE WAREHOUSE IS INSURANCE QUALITY.
