I was going to donate my car but had a hard time getting a hold of someone at local places. This ad then popped up in my feed. I liked that they had a local location to me. The info was explained online. I called the lot and they answered promptly and all of my questions. We emptied the vehicle, removed the plates, & had the signed title/keys ready. They gave a 48 he window and called an hour before pick up. They arrived & hooked up quickly and wrote my check for the amount quoted online when I submitted my vehicle info. They said I could call back for an emailed or mailed copy of the title for the DMV at the same telephone number. This process was easier than donating a vehicle. Ty

The entire process from the first phone call, to picking up the car and receiving the check, was very fast. The only issue I had was that they told me the car would be picked up on Friday between 1pm and 5pm. The tow truck driver called me at 1:50 pm on Thursday, a day earlier than scheduled. This made it very difficult for me as I had requested time off from work on Friday to meet the driver. Instead, I had to walk out of a very important meeting 10 minutes after it started, and leave work for the day, so I could meet the driver.
