Very dangerous driver this morning using the shoulder to pass people without even using his lights. May want to be reminded that the shoulder is for State Police Emergency vehicle use only, not to pass vehicle stopped for an accident
Evening call, was pleased at how well they handled our tow. It was very long distance, about 175 miles. Driver was proficient and safe on the road. Would gladly recommend again.
One of the worst companies. Drivers are rude. There are new scratches all over my car. The correct address also 500 Ohio st but they don't tell you that until you go to the address listed on Google I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Highest prices around and complete disregard to your vehicles
These guys are amazing. Fred is prompt very very friendly. They will get the job done with a smile and easy on the pockets. I've used him many many times and consider him a great guy!!!
Not only did they help me with a tow, but they helped me find the one place in town that was still open who could help me with my alternator replacement!
I woke up to a flat tire in my parking garage and I have no idea how to change it either! …. I called up Fred the owner and he was there by 7:20… he got the job done!
My vehicle was stuck in mud. I called on a holiday around 7 p.m. The tow truck arrived in about 30 minutes and pulled me out in less than 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and quality service.
Setup a tow hours ahead of time, they missed the appointment. Then kept lying over and over about the pick up time, after two hours and multiple calls I had to call someone else. Save your time and money
Edit: I don't want to call and discuss this problem a week after it happened. I called and discussed this with you the day it happened several times over. If you didn't care to fix it then, I don't see what's different now. Beside that everyone else can now see how you work.
Pros: the tow truck driver brought my keys to me after I left them in the car. I would’ve been left without a car and a way to get into my home otherwise.
Cons: After speaking with them again, I was asked if I left a google review *here you go* before discussing my car. I would’ve preferred if we finished doing business first but they helped with the key, so it’s whatever
Spent a few days in the hospital after an accident. Wasn’t able to call tow truck after, so police did. When I got out to get the car, it was $600 out of nowhere. Told me bring the title if I wanted my stuff, out of the car atleast. This place only exists to steal your car legally. Do not come here. If you’re in an accident, you’re better off dying than surviving just to deal with these leeches. I almost lost my life and they took advantage of that while I was in the hospital. Evil people with who kick people when they are down.
I called a competitor for a tow today after my car overheated. After an hour and a half, the driver never called and the office stopped answering the phone. I called Back to Life towing and they were to me in 20 minutes, were super professional and did an awesome job loading and unloading my car. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Rented a truck through Budget Truck Rental. The truck was confirmed to be ready same day. Once I got to the location, I was shocked to find the location was closed even though business hours on the door clearly stated 8am-2pm. The sign had an after hours number that I contacted. I spoke to a gentleman and notified him I was at the location to pick up my budget truck I had reserved. He told me that he didn’t have anymore trucks. He had lent his last one this morning and didn’t have any left. I asked him what we could do about the situation as I reserved the truck and had received confirmation the truck would be ready for me. I needed to be on the other side of the city in the next 30 minutes and I needed a truck with me. He told me call another location 30 minutes in the opposite direction of where I needed to go and see if they have one. I told him I did not think that was my responsibility. The transaction I completed was at this location and if the truck wasn’t available, then I should not have received confirmation that it wasn’t. I asked him why I received a confirmation if he didn’t have any trucks available and he gave me no answer. He stated he didn’t have any other solutions for me other than to call the other location. Very poor service from this location. Wouldn’t dream of going to this location for any other services they may provide.
Even at 1am, someone answered the phone (the only one who did). Someone was onsite to tow my daughter's car within 15 minutes and was pleasant to boot. Will definitely use them again and will also refer others.
