A Copart driver showed up at our repair facility to pick up a total loss vehicle. The driver asked if they could pay by credit card and our manager Scott said that we usually don't take credit cards for total loss pick ups but if you want to pay that way we will add a 10% processing fee. The Copart driver then magically produced a check for the pick up. Later that driver wrote us a 1 star review. Very unprofessional and very poor business manners.
If you open at 9, then change your hours to 9.
It's complete BS that out of every copart I've been to, this is the only one that makes you wait closer to 9 to even see anyone loaded
I can't help but leave my review on this copart, very professional loading, understanding and knowledge, this girl is just super and a top-class professional in her field, I don't know the name but I thank copart for such employees, I thank this girl 1000 times. Thank you
Purchased a car here and drove 5 hours to pick it up. Was loaded up in less than 5 minutes after driving into the lot. Copart staff was also nice and helpful.
Sad day. 2011 Range Rover Sport gone but have to post positive review for CoPart. Real offer, on the spot. Free tow within 48 hours. Real check, delivered by Fed Ex. I’m still crying over my car but the reality is Copart took care of business and was there when needed. Thank you Cash for Cars and CoPart.
Copart handled the total loss of my vehicle thru insurance and I decided to drop the vehicle off to speed up getting paid instead of having it picked up. Thru the whole process from talking to Savannah about dropping it off to bringing it to the facility, everyone I dealt with were very helpful and explained everything that made the process extremely easy.
Very inconsiderate people. I came in 5 minutes late due to a delay at their other lot and they canceled my appointment. What’s crazy is that I could still see the loader moving around but they claimed that it’s not possible to get the car…. This is after traveling 5hrs plus and honestly the only reason I was delayed was because of them at another lot. Messed up my schedule completely and they didn’t even seem to care. I had to spend the night in Sandston just because of being delayed at their other location in Fredericksburg. People need to stop doing business with these people and their ego will decrease. IAAI doesn’t seem to act this way! Stay away from this location! I’m tired of them acting this way especially considering I’ve spent over $500k at copart just in 2021-22. MY BUSINESS WILL NOW GO TO IAAI and I 100% recommend you try them. Most of them have been very friendly and they aren’t egotistic.
I visited this place for the 1 st time. I just wanted to go take a look at a vehicle with my son as a registered buyer. This place is not catered for individuals buyer like me. Just my opinion

I got mixed emotions about this place. So I called to sell my BMW X5 and they actually quoted me the highest price of all junked car buyers. I agreed to sell and was able to drop it off the next day. Received a check at drop off...didnt try to cash the check until the next day. Bank advised me that the check was no good. From the bank lobby I called Copart and they advised me that it usually takes 24 hr for check to be active...mind you it has already been 24 hrs.. Lady at Copart said try again in am...should be good to go. Took off work to take care of this..went to bank...still no good.
On my way back to Copart I called and got to speak with Sherrie. She listen to my situation and attempt to rectify...she called corp. to have my check push thru..said corp. advised that it takes 2 hours....very inconvenienced and lost time at work!
UPDATE...Sherrie called two days later to make sure my check was straight...advised her that I appreciate the follow up and that her concern with my issue will not go unnoticed.

After my car was totalled they were very polite and gave me quick access and plenty of time to remove my possessions from the wrecked car to my new car.
The whole transaction was seamless, they were very easy to reach over the phone and did not request from me to schedule an appointment, but simply allowed me to come over do my thing and leave.
Everyone was polite, sympathetic, and considerate.
Fast and easy process of selling a car, dropping it off and putting a check in my hand. There was no line so I was in and out in 15 minutes. They offered a fair price.
Some employees at this location don't like to do their job in the office, they get verbally combative when u ask to see pics when you are picking up a lot of cars. They should remember customer service is what they get paid for.
place was clean and people very professional, didnt know you couldn't walk yard due to covid 19, but was able to get all the info I needed and get an account set up. would definitely recommend.
please be careful what copart employees say about payments storage. I lie to transporters that you have 3 days to start paying storage. you are coming in 3 days and you have to pay 85 $ because the employee says sorry I was wrong. And copart takes money. this is deception and stealing. To all Transporters. ... BE CAREFUL!!!
My beloved Honda Civic found it's way here after being smashed to bits by a careless driver. Parting ways with my vehicle was difficult, and I panicked when I realized I left my garage door opener in the car. With a quick call to the Copart office, Vera and the team were happy to help. This company was to pick up my car today for a donation to the Sierra Club. They NEVER showed up. How tough is it to pick up a car when the company said it would?. Totally unreliable ,disappointing. I am trying to do something good but this company did NOT show up when they said they would.
the staff is incredibly nice but it takes a few hours to get your load every time no matter what every week it's crazy how long it takes to get loaded I waste 3 hours a day at that auction waiting to get loaded
The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the young women was so nice when they explain to me every reason I not allow to buy any cars. They were very nice. I'm just a small shop and I sure could use a few them.
