Called early morning after being stranded on the side of 64. Dispatch called the driver Shawn Pearson who came in early just to make sure I was able to get off the side of the highway safely. Oh my goodness, where do I begin. I've called Robinson's Towing for years. I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. But recently, my daughter had an issue with locking her keys in her car. I called Robinson's for her and they came within 30 minutes. When unlocking it didn't work, they actually "fished out" her keys, that were in her pocketbook in the front seat! It took a while, but they never gave up! A personal shout out to Logan Doering and Trey Worley, the guys that came to help. Thank you for taking care of my girl!!!!!

Been friends with this company for many years now. Opened my own towing company and these guys still remained friends with me and even send me work when they get backed up. If that doesn't speak on how good their character is I don't know what else does. I've sent them calls for towing that I myself can't do and other companies that could do claimed it wasn't a job they could do and Robinsons has always shown up and got it done!

After waiting for two hours on Allstate roadside assistance to send a tow vehicle and them never showing up, we called Robinson’s. The dispatch has James call and verify the location and was on site in 18 minutes. Very professional and kind. They are now on my speed dial for towing services. Don’t waste your time with any other company. Robinson’s Towing is the only number you need.
I Have to give them a low rating Because of how expensive they were. I feel so bad for people that get in accidents and don't have thousands of dollars just sitting around to give, especially for a tow and whatever else they charged for. Otherwise they were average for personality. Last but not least, their building is difficult to find and they need more signage because its really dusty and potentially muddy when it rains, which would really suck!
My tow driver Morgan was great. Being from out-of-state and just passing through, I am completely unfamiliar with the area. Because the garage recommended by AAA had closed before we could get there, we had to re-route to another garage which agreed to stay open for me. When we arrived, no one was there. The shop owner called, and said he was on his way. Rather than dropping my vehicle and leaving me in an unfamiliar area at night, Morgan waited with me until the owner returned, and verified that I had a way to get to a hotel for the night. His kindness is greatly appreciated - he is an asset to Robinson's Towing.
Got our loaded 25ft box truck stuck in what seemed to be an impossible recovery. These guys came out and plucked it out in no time. They were very professional. We were hesitant at first due to their high rate but was worth it in the end. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took a while for them to get to the scene. Overall, great guys and great company.
