Tow truck driver gave me a 20 minute ETA and arrived early. Within 5 mins, my spare tire was on my vehicle and I was on my way. By far the quickest ETA/ service time I've ever had experiencing a flat.
My fiances truck just wouldn't start up yesterday no matter what we tried. Had it towed with another tow company from Williamsburg to New Kent for $250. So today it still wouldn't start...called RVA Roadside and the driver came right on out. As soon as he checked the terminals he noticed it was loose. He tightened it up and immediately the truck started up. Just frustrated that we spent money the day prior. I will definitely keep this companies card handy for future tows.
After calling several other companies to discuss eta’s and prices ranging from 45-a hour and $160-$260, i decided to call this company, they were very nice and easy to deal with, and reported a eta of 20 minutes, which he was there within, got my vehicle on in less than 5 minutes, drove to my destination of choice, and dropped off the vehicle in less than 5 minutes, very good company and highly recommend
If I could leave 6 stars, I would. After getting a flat on 64, these guys made a bad day much better with prompt, skilled, and thoughtful service. Not only towed my car to a repair shop but also ensured I got to work safely from there! RVA roadside rocks.
The driver arrived to the pickup site in recorded time. He was very professional and his service level was the best. He even dropped me off at the front door of my place of employment, when he discovered that I was a member of the medical personnel at that hospital trying to get to work.

After waiting 2.5 hours in a dark parking lot on a Sunday evening for my insurance company's roadside assistance to arrive due to a flat tire, my father in law arrived to assist and decided to call this company for a tow. They provided a 20 minute ETA and arrived before the qouted time. My car was on the tow truck within minutes and taken to my chosen repair location safely. They were really great and the price was also fair. I would highly recommend this service.
Very professional and expedient service. I spoke with Chris the night before and scheduled a 7:00am appointment for a battery jump start. Not only was he on time, but as asked, he gave me a courtesy call while en route. Chris was also very kind and efficient. I would highly recommend RVA Roadside for any roadside emergency needs.

Chris went above and beyond in assisting with an incredibly simple repair.
Plastic shroud had fallen down from under the vehicle and it was scraping and being unsafe on the interstate Chris was able to take three bolts off to help remove the shroud to make the vehicle drivable and safe.
Re-established my confidence in roll back tow truck operators ability to load and unload my low profile car without damaging it because the previous operator broke my cars fiber glass front bumper on one side, scratched the underside of the lip and dented the opposite side attempting to load it.
Chris helped me tow my custom car to a couple shops n was very dependable n prompt getting to my pickup spots. He even came out a few minutes earlier to speed up the process. His prices were way below every other towing company i called. Thank u again Chris
I was leaving work when I noticed my car wouldn’t start. My auto insurance’s roadside assistance dispatched Chris with RVA Roadside to check my battery and/or tow my vehicle. Chris contacted me immediately and provided his ETA and arrived promptly. Chris was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Luckily my vehicle only needed a jump, and Chris confidently advised me that the issue was my battery and not my alternator or starter. I hope I never need it, but if I do, I would absolutely use RVA Roadside.

Great service came right away!! Literally under 30 minutes! He usually doesn’t allow people in his car but he did let me and my brother ride it was a 100 degrees outside!! Man god sends angels bless this man please guys support! I literally had no way to get my car back after Take 5 on Brook Rd in Richmond Va! There’s God in all of us we just have to use it like this man choose!!!

I want to start off by saying that Chris was referred to me, by the repair shop that was working on my vehicle, I reached out to have my vehicle towed, and he did nothing but work with me. He was able to start my truck with my remote not working, towed me to CarMax and waited just in case I didn’t like their offer, when I say went above and beyond, this is the type of service you do not see in 2025.
