They guy was very nice and easy to deal with. He picked up the phone instantly and gave me the best rate I’ve seen in a while. He was able to fit my 4 door, long bed on without a problem with only a small increase in price (because of the size). 10/10 would recommend, great guy.

I enlisted RVA Roadside to pick up a outsized auto lift that I had shipped to the local ABF freight terminal. Chris was my contact prior to and during the transfer and deliver to my house. The item was rather large (18') and weighed 2550 pounds. The flatbed truck with a winch was the perfect tool to pickup and delivery to my garage. The price was realistic and in line with what I expected for the item details. Chris was a great communicator and a professional driver. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for other freight or my car.

Randy is a blessing!! A big friendly one! Lol After I clocked out from work today I had to call roadside assistance because I thought my tire was flat in the snow. The first service provider who I will not blast (but I should) had me waiting in the cold snow for 3hrs. I reached out to them as well as a Rep from State farm...they never contacted any of us back. So the rep found RVA Roadside to come help me & they did! They sent Randy to save the day. He arrived within 15 minutes! And got me & my car back home safely on the wet snowy roads. That's the fastest service I've ever received. And the car ride conversation was cool. This business card is definitely going on my fridge! Lol A big blessing once again. He deserves a million stars.

Chris came to help me change a battery and some faulty terminals. He was friendly and extremely helpful despite my car giving a lot of resistance. Sold me the parts at cost and had a very reasonable service fee. Absolutely will be calling again if I end up in another situation in the Mechanicsville area.

Had an incident today which required us to need a tow. Initially we went thru insurance and waited 2 hours for them to tell us they canceled the tow truck du to issuse on the mobile app.

AAA said the tow truck driver would arrive in 45 minutes. Chris called me immediately after AAA and said he’d be here in 10 minutes! My fiances truck just wouldn't start up yesterday no matter what we tried. Had it towed with another tow company from Williamsburg to New Kent for $250. So today it still wouldn't start...called RVA Roadside and the driver came right on out. As soon as he checked the terminals he noticed it was loose. He tightened it up and immediately the truck started up. Just frustrated that we spent money the day prior. I will definitely keep this companies card handy for future tows.
If I could leave 6 stars, I would. After getting a flat on 64, these guys made a bad day much better with prompt, skilled, and thoughtful service. Not only towed my car to a repair shop but also ensured I got to work safely from there! RVA roadside rocks.
The driver arrived to the pickup site in recorded time. He was very professional and his service level was the best. He even dropped me off at the front door of my place of employment, when he discovered that I was a member of the medical personnel at that hospital trying to get to work. Great Service!!!!
After waiting 2.5 hours in a dark parking lot on a Sunday evening for my insurance company's roadside assistance to arrive due to a flat tire, my father in law arrived to assist and decided to call this company for a tow. They provided a 20 minute ETA and arrived before the qouted time. My car was on the tow truck within minutes and taken to my chosen repair location safely. They were really great and the price was also fair. I would highly recommend this service.
Very professional and expedient service. I spoke with Chris the night before and scheduled a 7:00am appointment for a battery jump start.
