I was heading South towards Charlottesville this past Sunday on US29. I blew a tire and my second tire was going to blow any minute. Called around for hours and everyone was not available. Got in contact with The Sims and they were able to tow me all the way to Fredericksburg to get my tires. The Sims are a great team and that's so rare these days. They really go the extra mile. Sims Auto Repair & Towing provide excellent service. When my '62 Plymouth wouldn't start, they responded to my call, looked the car over for an obvious problem they could fix, and when one couldn't be found, they gently loaded my car and delivered it to my mechanic. No fuss and with wonderful service and genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Definitely recommended.
Called about having some work done to my vehicle, they responded quickly got me in and made my vehicle a priority. Did great work on my car, fixed other mechanics mistakes along with the main issue and made sure my car was 100% done right when it was time for me to pickup my vehicle. I highly suggest taking your vehicle in for work, good price and done fast and efficient!!

We had an interesting experience getting our air conditioning repaired here. It's out in the country, so there's nothing to do but wait for your repair and hang out with the beautiful Sims family. But when we needed help in a jiffy they helped us. We were on our way out of the state the next day, so we needed a fix fast and they got it done. We have no regrets about our visit with Sims.
The Sims team was quick to respond and super helpful in diagnosing and replacing our dead A/C compressor during a big heatwave. We are from Canada; unsure what to do or who to call, we googled and read the reviews. It was a little hard to find their address but we managed fine. Mr. Sims showed us our old compressor before installing the new one and kept us informed of the work's progress that afternoon. We were blessed in our time spent waiting on his property, chatting with family and getting our water bottles refilled. We wish them a great future as they build up their business on honesty and solid hard work.

Make sure you watch them load and unload your car. They will scrape and bottom out the bumper and nearly pull it off. Luckily, I had my car dealer reseat the bumper. They offered to have me "bring it by" so they could "see what they could do". Im not going to let them paint, remold, and remount my bumper......
I called them because their garage was only a few minutes away from where I needed a tow on the side of road. They did say they were on their way and it took a long time but they were super sweet and so helpful when they came.
This past weekend my car broke down while I was traveling. I was several hours from home. Within 10 minutes of me calling to arrange a tow, they not only offered to repair my car but had it fixed the same night! All within 3 hours! I cannot recommend this amazing company enough!!
When I was broken down up a rough, isolated mountain road, my insurance company couldn't find a provider willing to help. Eventually I gave up and called Sims. They responded quickly, checked out my truck and got me safely out of there and to my mechanic. I really appreciated the friendly, professional service during a tough moment.
