First time customer. I had a nail in my tire. they took me without an appointment and were able to fix it. While waiting, another long time customer praised the mechanics's goodness and trust worthiness. Word of mouth goes a long way for the reputation of a business. I'll be back if I have a need they can fix.
I called him up asking for a 8mm ratchet wrench he said he didn't know if he had one I asked if he could check he said hold on I'll see and while it only takes 2 or 3 minutes to check he has a conversation with about 2 or 3 other people long ones and not once he said I got someone on hold so I hang up ok the next couple of days go by I call about buying the car me and him talked about he hangs up on me that's why I give him a one star rating as a business owner no matter who calls you don't hang up and you don't keep them waiting long as a business owner customer satisfaction is key when dealing with the communities
I sent someone to the store for me to pick up a $7 item. The big guy behind the counter charged my account nearly $20.

These guys managed to fit our car into their busy schedule the same day we called. They diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it that very same day, at a price that was super reasonable. Highly recommend!
I am visiting from out of state and while here my car gave an overheated warning. I called Main Street Tire and Collision the and they gave me an appointment that very morning. My car was repaired at a very reasonable price. I can now head back home without the stress of a breakdown.
I once had a5 start rating. But in a dire emergency for me, I stopped here on Friday afternoon at 3 with a check engine light. As soon as I said that the mechanic on duty said he couldn't and wouldn't help me. I begged him to say least give me the code. He locked the door. Told me not to let anyone in the door came back with coffee. Shooed me off and relocked the door. My son 2 states away told me he could tell me how to fix. Presently the next day I'm . My favorite automotive place ever! I love the workers here I love the owner they're kind they're competitive they're fair and they won't lie to you highly recommended if you have work you need done. Only thing they have a habit of losing some of your little parts.
Had my frontend aligned today and all I can say is they are a great group of guys. Professional alignment and professional behavior. Got me in and out. I highly recommend if you need automotive services.
BE CAREFUL ! This guy is stolen your money and piece for car ! Last year, I bought piece the plug sparks with 3 hooks each plug sparks and Mobile 1 oils are very expensive for my car when they done to put my car I paid $180 ! and after ONE month when had problems my engine I took another business and mechanic told and show me the plug sparks had one hook each other were very cheap like $2 each and oil was cheap too ! And my dad's truck went take to Main Street tire & auto to change the brake on rear both side, paid $240 ! Felt little weird with brake after one year, when we change the brake to take rotor( drum ) we watching that, didn't have brake, Parkin brake link, wheel cycling, and all stuff on both side rear ! We had buy stuff piece of brake, we spend over $280 for put on back !
