They are a towing company right? If so why are they not capable of towing a truck that is 5-10 ft off the road! Had to call another company to do what they couldn’t! Very very unhappy with the service. Every excuse was used. It’s not facing the right way, you need to push it out into the road, AAA won’t cover it.. ect. Even had AAA tell them that they would cover it!
Highly recommended Wreckmaster Towing service. Had an unfortunate incident and my new car was stranded in Grayson Highlands National Park. Michael was very gracious to deal with and picked up my car before the bears did! A note to AAA members: I was led to believe they were late as my order was placed at 1:30 PM. However, AAA only put it in at 4:30.
These guys were able to pick me up very shortly (30 mins) after I called. Their rates were excellent!! The driver was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
The vehicle I have has AWD and required a flatbed tow. The driver took his time to make sure everything was secure, undamaged, and well cared for. When I need a tow in the future, I'll be happy to wait for their convenience to be sure everything is done correctly. Thanks.
Dennis was a lifesaver. I was on a cross country road trip with my family when the rental car broke down on the side of the road leaving us very stranded in a remote area with very limited cell service. He was able to find us and help get us where we had to go. I can't say enough great things about the level of service and true kindness.
Very helpful Mike is one the best tow truck owner ever seen him go way out of way to help. Got my Harley home with much concern like it was his own. Never will I call another.
Amazing place I called and mike helped me out getting my vehicle that broken down home at a very reasonable price before it was towed away late in the evening took about 1/2 hour and they had my vehicle hooked up .The tow truck driver was very nice if you need your vehicle towed I very highly recommend using them

Wonderful service, low price made it easy to tip him, and he sat with my car until I got there preventing the police from towing and costing me 4 times as much. Will use again.

Michael! You are an awesome blessing to my wife and I. We really appreciate you! After our truck and trailer broke down, we were towed by another service company from the traffic light less than 1/4 mile to the Walmart parking lot in Wythville, VA. They didn't want to take us to our final destination in Pennsylvania.
However, AAA called and found your company and you drove almost 45 minutes to pick us up with our truck and trailer. Not only were you obliging to take us to Pennsylvania, you eased our worries by providing an entire solution to get us to our new home and new job on time for my first day. He set up a Uhaul for us, provided a place to park our trailer and get some rest for the balance of the drive and tow to Pennsylvania.
This man and his company Wreckmaster Towing is a stand up down home DUO that I recommend to anyone needing towing service.

Mike and Barbara are angels!!! We had car issues and they came to our rescue. Mike towed our car, helped us with locating a hotel, and offered to help us with anything we needed. He even fixed our car issues!!!! Forever grateful in Ohio
After several attempts to locate a wrecker service willing to help with a blown trailer tire I was fortunate to find Mike & Barbara. Mike went waaay above and beyond expectations. He went to a store that had two wheel & tire assemblies and picked them up and brought them to where I was stranded on the I-77. He had the tires replaced in about 20 minutes and even offered to grease the wheel bearings. His price was very fair for what he did which prompted me to tip 50%.
Very nice people, very good response time, if I have to break down I hope it's close to Wreck Master.
