This auto parts shop is completely unprofessional. The staff has no sense of customer service they’re rude, disorganized, and seem like they don’t care at all about helping customers. I waited way too long just to get the wrong part, and when I pointed it out, they acted like it was my fault. Save your time and money there are plenty of other places that actually know how to treat people right and run their business properly.
I bought the parts from here, but they didn’t work out. I drove over an hour to return them, and when I arrived, the guy in the warehouse checked the wrong code and accused me of returning the wrong parts. Once he realized it was actually his mistake, instead of apologizing, he started cursing and calling me names. Overall, be very careful buying from this place — it seems to be a family-owned business with unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. They’ll try to make you look wrong if you’re not paying close attention.
TOTAL SCAM, PAID 470 $ FOR A RACK AND PINION AND CONFIRMED PART NUMBER WITH THEM, THEY LIED ABOUT THE PART NUMBER AND WHEN I CALL BACK TO ASK FOR THE PART NUMBER I ASKED FOR THEY SAID IT DOES NOT EXIST AND RESFUSE TO REFUND ME (EDIT) THEY THEN DENY ANY WRONGDOING, I SPOKE WITH ONE PERSON WHO AGREED WITH ME THERE ARE ONLY 2 PART NUMBERS WHICH I CONFIRMED WITH THEM FOR THE PART I ORDERED AND HE CLAIMED HE WAS NOT MY SALESPERSON, THEN THE MAIN GUY CHANGED HIS STORY AND CLAIMED I ASKED FOR WITHOUT DYNAMIC STEERING WHICH I DID NOT ATTACHED IS PHOTOS OF THE RACK THEY SENT, NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THE INNER TIE ROD WAS DESTROYED BEYOND USABLE LEVELS, AND THE PACKAGING WAS SO BAD THAT THE OUTER TIE ROD ON THE OTHER SIDE WAS BROKEN TOO, UNBELIVABLE THEY CANNOT EVEN OWN UP TO A SINGLE MISTAKE
ordered a rack and pinion from them confirming it had dynamic and 1N8 all the options for my Audi S6 and it had none of them returned the rack and they wouldn't give us a refund for it after telling us to ship it back to them for refund and now they refuse to refund the rack even though it was the completely wrong part number and didn't have any of the options i asked them about AND the inner tie rod was bent so bad it wouldent even pass alighnment

I just brought a trunk from here today. It was posted for $500 made a deal for $475 cash I noticed the guy was struggling to get it off but I did not think twice he would CUT the electrical cables for the rear camera, lights and everything ??? I don’t understand why he couldn’t take the extra couple minutes to do it properly and unclip the harness. I come home to see he’s cut the trunk release cable latch and all the electrical wires. Even after I mentioned I was paying cash still was passively charged the credit card processing fee. After I asked why the fee was so high like 3x he than took off the credit processing fee. My total was $500.18 I paid $501 I guess this establishment also doesn’t give out change as well.. I’m highly disappointed just doesn’t make any sense at all!!!!!! Why you would cut the harness ????
Part ordered from my grandmother's car . When installed it didnt work correctly . Installation company called to get a store credit . No where was it stated online as is, no returns and warranty. If stated we would've ordered from a different establishment . They were misleading and will not promote this place or every go back

The guy on the phone is great, but the rest, front and back, are jerks. Decent selection of parts, but having to deal with anyone besides the sales guy on the phone makes it too much of a pain. Too many other places to find parts.
A great place to buy any used or new aftermarket parts you are looking for. I am a used car dealer and I have been buying parts from this place over 3 years now and never had a problem. Sales reps are very helpful and friendly. I see some comments with complains about this place not taking the parts back and not refunding. It is not true, I personally have returned many parts with no issues as along as it is within the allowed time period and their store return policy. If you are looking for used or new aftermarket parts, try this place. I highly recommend this place.
