D Lynch went above and beyond to assist me. What started as a roadside assistance for a flat unfortunately turned into a tow but Mr Lynch was more than able to help. Greatly appreciate his assistance and kindness, can not recommend highly enough
Poor customer service. I was not with my vehicle at time of tow and was unable to request a receipt. Contacted D Lynch towing to request one and was asked why I wasn’t smart enough to ask for one in the first place. I tried to explain the situation and was hung up on, not once but twice by “David.” Tina contacted me later and attempted to help. She was much kinder to speak to, however I’ll just eat the cost rather than submit to insurance for reimbursement then to have to deal with them again. I would never recommend!! Also pricy $130 for a tow on Sunday afternoon to go maybe 2 miles. I was also informed they don’t keep any records of their tows, which seems very odd to me.
The kindness, respect, and care shown to us this morning will never be forgotten! In a situation that is never good, broken down on the side of the road, we could not have been better taken care of. From the quick response, to the delivery of our vehicle to the garage, they took the stress out of a very stressful event. Customer for life and will recommend them to everyone I know from this day forward! God bless this company with prosperity for the good work they do, thank you again for your help, forever greatful!!
Danny was awesome very quick and efficient got my big old station wagon safe and sound to the shop rescued me from the middle of hwy 220 I don’t know what I would have done thank you so much !!
Danny saved the day after buying a project car that will end up being my son's daily driver and unexpectedly needed it towed an hour out. Danny came through fast on a Saturday evening. I was on vacation and got my boat and truck stuck on a steep hill in slick mud. I called a different towing company and they couldn't recover me. I then bought recovery straps and a come-a-long again with no luck. Finally I called D Lynch Towing and he told me "no problem we will get you out". Within an hour of his arrival I was back on the road. This was no ordinary tow. The price was EXTREMELY fair, I would have paid anything to get out the bind I was in. Thanks again for everything!
Don't hesitate--just call him! After waiting almost two hours for AAA, we called him and our 1999 F-150 was being towed 20 minutes later.
They're knowledgeable, too. After the tow, he diagnosed the problem (loose solenoid) and helped save us a trip to the shop.

Came and saved me last night when I ran off the road and headfirst into a tree in the middle of nowhere.. I didn’t have to wait that long either. Mr. Danny Lynch got there, had it up on the truck, and all cleaned up before police were even called! I would definitely use this company again!
If I could give more stars I would. My wife and I wouldn't take our car to anyone else. They did great work and even found something else wrong with our vehicle and took care of it right on the spot before we left. Great work guys you have a lifetime customer.. After being stuck with a broken boat trailer on the side of a mountain road for hours (and calling multiple tow services who wouldn't take our job), Danny was so wonderful and understanding and came to get us as soon as he was able to and completed the job in a quick, efficient, professional, and kind manner. On a day that went completely different than how we thought, we are glad to have had Danny's help.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone even if it was the only mechanic in town! I would rather push my car/truck to Roanoke in the cold with no shoes on before I would EVER take my car there! They told us the could repair our engine which took him 3 months with 10 excuses on why it was taking so long. It took so long we had to go out and buy a vehicle because I never knew when we would get our vehicle back and my family had nothing to drive. When we did get it back 3 months later there was a big dent on the front driver side right above the wheel because they pack the vehicles in so close together. With all that said they denied messing that finder up and was very verbal about it, had drove my car 6 times before I was stuck on the side of the road again for the engine messing up.
Like I said if you have car problems your better off pushing that car further down the road to find a real mechanic..

Great family owned business that I’ve used for years and years. Danny has saved my car multiple times and done it cheap and quick and right. Never taken anything back to him twice.
I contacted Danny very early in the morning after work to pick up my car that broke down at CVS. I knew the car was in a tight spot so I requested to get it towed before CVS opened. He showed up super quick, very friendly, very professional. He said he was pressed for time but still made sure he answered all of my questions and even offered to look at my car to see what the problem was. He found the problem the same day and offered to fix it. Overall he is the best in Franklin County(cheaper as well)
Danny responded quickly when I called. We were stranded in Rocky Mount. He went way above and beyond any expectations. He followed through every step until we were on our way. We were visiting Ferrum from South Carolina for Thanksgiving when our Jeep overheated. After spending all morning Friday calling mechanics who were closed/had two week waits/not answering, I randomly called D Lynch Towing to have him tow our car to the dealership. Not only did he arrive to tow the car within 30 minutes, he offered to take a look to find the problem! He called within three hours and had the Jeep ready to pick up. Wrecked my truck in the middle of the night 4 hours from home. He answered his phone, showed up quick and got me off the road. He was going to help me get it back on the road to get home until the insurance company took over, but that didn't stop him from helping me.
