Talked to a guy who told me the boss would get back with me the next day about car parts and he never called me and then when I called the day he said he would call he told me "the boss is not interested" call when you say your going to call dont lie!!
Purchased rim, had installed and found out rim was bent, so I got a second opinion, because I thought, they wouldn't sell me a bent rim, second person confirmed that rim was bent, so I called talked with Greg, got my number stated he will look into and call back. A week goes by no response, so I call back a week later, was told the same thing by Greg, week goes by no response, called a third time. Same routine. A week later called to follow up because Greg never called back and was told it had been longer than 90 days so they couldn't do anything.
BAD, POOR. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
I have done business with them before with no issues, not sure what is going on but I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER

They had the item that I needed and at a good price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Was a bit out of the way for me but well worth the drive since no one else had what I needed.
Gave me the wrong part. After I told them it would not fit they said that they get paid the big bucks to know. They where wrong but apologized and refunded me my money.

Absolutely terrible! Called them ahead of time and told them I was on my way to pickup a radiator support. I arrived and waited 15 minutes and they still had not brought it up front. I had to leave for an appointment and told them I would be back tomorrow to pick it up. Day 2, I arrived to pick up the radiator support and I was notified they had sold it yesterday after I left. This is not the way to get repeat customers!!!
A group of honest guys and a family-ran business. They're fair with pricing and I've gotten a lot of auto parts through them and I've had a good experience all the way around.
Bought a used car, left his garage, coolant low sensor kept coming on. Found water leaking on ground. I replaced the water pump. $125 in parts and labor at a different mechanic. Still major water leak. I took it back to Holley's. They're going to fix it. At no cost to me. I appreciate them taking care of the problem. Thank you!
Unexpectedly friendly and non-judgemental. Greg was my salesman, and we'll as my first point of contact when calling the business about my need for a part. Called me back in less than the time stated too! My experience here was efficient, friendly and quite speedy. I was referred here and now here is my referral to everyone else!
I went there just today and had a tire put on and I bought it from there as well and they were awesome! So polite and the price was something I could afford thank you holley's for being there and affordable unlike a lot of other places I called first!
The workers are very nice and will help you find parts if they don't have them in stock. They offer good prices, and are prompt to call you back when your part is ready for pickup.
