We were traveling and hundreds of miles from home, had our campsite for two more nights. Our tow dolly left axle wore out and needed to be replaced. While I needed to visit the auto parts store to get the assembly, they were able to get the fix done and install new tires within my time window. Both guys were great to deal with and I thought they treated me fairly. If I lived here, I would definitely be repeat business.
Gave them a mazda 6, said the brakes were leaking a bit, said not to worry about price, car came back with 1 new calipers, only the rear brakes had been done, and the fluid leak was much faster. Guy at the desk was singing a different tune to everyone asking about it. Overall shady place that I personally trust very little, do with this information as you will.
This shop saved our Christmas. We were traveling out of state to visit family when our car broke down. We called around to a bunch of places listed online but every shop listed was closed or couldn’t get to repairs for several days — this shop included. Thankfully the Foleys had their office phone forwarded to their cell and knew we were desperate, so they went out of their way to assist us. They met us on the side of the road to see if they could help, ended up getting us to the shop, did an assessment, found out it was the alternator, ordered the part, had it delivered, and got us on our way within 3 hours on the Saturday before Christmas! And to top it all off, labor was less than the cost of the part itself! Me and my family are just so grateful for their kindness. They didn’t have to help us at all but they truly went above and beyond— they gave our son a coloring book while we waited and even offered to drive us to get food. You can just tell they are really great people. A true Godsend in our eyes. Give them your business if you’re local or passing through (like us) and need a hand. Thank you all again!
Bought a truck and needed it towed. Called Boones Mill Auto and they were able to help after business hours. There was no rush other than I wanted it home.

Did a great job with the inspection of our camper, check tire pressure , greased axles five stars , highly recommend taking camper back for inspection and hopefully add back up camera
Not exactly a mechanical need but a friendly hand when we had a naesuaus child while traveling through. Offer the use of their facilities and supplies to clean the car from an accident. Took time out of their day to help another human. Thank you.
Thru a friend, I've recently found a new local garage "home" to service my vehicle. Fawn & her husband bought this business approximately a year ago in Fall of 2022. The service & hospitality are top-notch!
The owners are very personable, they will do whatever it takes to get your vehicle back on the road at an affordable cost and timely matter. You can trust that they will be honest with you and not overcharge, which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend them to anyone.
My belt broke on my car and I had no other transportation to use. The next morning I called when they opened and was able to get it in the shop that day. Boones Mill Auto came to my house, towed it to the shop and was able to repair it the same day. They even brought it back to me. Great customer service. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. Price was very reasonable.
9/7th I got an alignment done and I drove 243 miles to RockyMt. Next day the starter went out and I had my SUV towed to the motel I was staying. My SUV was towed from the back bumber & hand parked it in the parking spot. I completed a visual check and nothing was wrong besides the fact that It wouldnt start. I called AAA again and they sent Boones Mill to tow my SUV for $125 to Nissan in Roanoke. When the man came to the motel he was acting strange, gave me the wrong Receipt, note pad was wet, pant leg was one up one down and he towed the car from the front. When my Nissan adviser Inspect my car she said the tie rods were bent so bad from how the car was towed that they would have to cut them out. That the vehicleI couldnt be drove any more and there was no way I could have done this damange. I had to pay $945.36 just to fix the SUV. That is not including how my trip was Destroyed, or how I had to pay someone to travel 4 and a 1/2 hours to come get me and then pay for someone to bring me back when my SUV was fixed. Then when I called AAA and filed a claim Boones Mills denied my claim saying they couldnt tell the damanges were done that day. Yet I just had an aliment done the day before.
A tree fell in-front of our vehicle on the highway, we were 3 hrs away from home. We were provided service with this company via AAA.. it was incredible, TW was great, friendly, quick & helped us tremendously. We were very fortunate to have him so close in the area & to help in our emergent situation.
I would give them less than 1 star. Rude, incompetent staff. Built and designed to collaborate with the local law. Be more than careful in FC VA because they are young, highly aggressive inbred. Trained to attack. Bring deep pockets
Active duty military coming from Germany. Flew into D.C. and purchased a van to transport kids, dogs, and luggage to North Carolina. Van broke down late at night, Boones Mill completed a 100 mile tow in the middle of the night to help us reach our destination. Amazing customer service and great attitude.
