My friend and I got a flat while traveling to come see this cute little town in Floyd. Autoville was the only place nearby that was open on Saturday without going all the way to Blacksburg. They were so friendly, took our tire right in, we went and had breakfast red rooster, and when we came back it was done. They are quick, professional, and fair on pricing!
Chris was so kind and helpful. He quickly diagnosed my car, but ultimately recommended that I not do the repair as it was not worth it. I really appreciated his honesty!

After a day of frantically trying to get my car inspected (last day of the month), autoville was the only place that could take me in without an hour wait time. Fast, easy, and cheap.
Yesterday they quoted me almost $500 for 4 new tires, installed. I told them I was on social security and had little money. Showed quote down the road and was quoted price for better tires (60k warranty instead of 50k warranty) for several hundred less.
Last night, met a lifetime Floyd local who said her repair job here was a complete ripoff. Ladies watch out!
