Visiting from Charlottesville area - stopped at Circle K for gas and my car wouldn't start. Called Napa and spoke to Ethan. He was there with a new battery in 10 minutes and had it installed in 5 minutes. Very polite and courteous young man. Thanks for saving our trip to Floyd Ethan!!
Wants locals to shop there more often. Then when you do most parts are next day or at least the afternoon of your problem. Then there seems to be a mark up of 50% to 3X the price you can get it for in a store 30 minutes away. I want to support my local stores. I don't want to be robbed by them.
Was having an issue with my diesel truck, NAPA was able to point me in the direction of a reliable mechanic shop, and even called for a tow to come pick me up.
Our truck started acting up as we were traveling back roads on a long weekend trip. This particular NAPA didn’t have the part we needed but the gentleman called another NAPA in Christiansburg which did have the part and they pulled it and had it waiting for us when we arrived.
I have been here before on recommendations and always received good service at good prices. Today I was able to get a new 12volt battery for my Prius and Jeff was absolutely awesome in customer service both in coordinating getting the battery in stock and in getting it installed. Very impressed with such great customer service!
Went in for brake fluid found napa brand bottle priced 7.98 got to counter was charged9.98 when I asked the person she said the price was goiseemsng up so fast they did not bother to change the prices on the shelf,seems like there is 2 prices 1prefered an 1 if they dont know you
They went above and beyond to help a couple that had rented an RV and gotten stranded. Great people who know how to treat others. Highly recommend this location. Thank you to the team!
Not a single employee visible in the store was wearing a mask; save your money and head into Christiansburg to buy from Advance or AutoZone where they'll try to take care of you.

Was working with Wills Ridge Supply on a plumbing project. Needed some tools Wills did not have in stock. As an out of town guy from Philly, figured I would have to go to Christiansburg. The folks at Wills Ridge called Napa. They had what was needed, pulled the tools, had them waiting for me when I arrived. Got to chatting and the sales guy asked, "You have anything to break the rust from the threads?" I answered, "WD40." He said, "Ya need some of this stuff. The heater elements will just back out with this." He was absolutely right. Job done quickly with his advice!
