A friend whose family bought many used cars from Mike recommended we do the same. Experience had made me skeptical, but I'm glad I trusted my friend. We bought from Mike a muscular 2015 Chevy for our daughter, an elegant 2011 Jaguar, are about to buy a beautiful 2013 KIA Optima for another daughter and plan on buying yet another car for our youngest daughter from Mike. Love Remington, a diamond in the rough. We have been working On and off with Remington for at least 3-4 years any time we need parts and have even purchased a truck, that we absolutely LOVE, from Mike. We recommend them to literally anyone and everyone for any car related stuff. If they can’t help for some reason, not in their inventory, etc., they will still help you find what you need. Mike especially seems to have an over abundance of integrity and work ethic as well as desire to have a great product, which is something you don’t see much anymore, and definitely isn’t the typical stereotype! If we are asking questions or needing something, if it’s not the best idea, he will tell us even if it means losing the sale because he, and everyone there, genuinely want what is best for the customer. I also love the family feel that you get when you visit.

I have known Mike from Remington Auto parts for over ten years now. I bought my first car from him in high school, a Volkswagen Tiguan. That car served me well through college and even after when I started my family. When the size of the car no longer served my family we traded the car back to Mike for a great price and no hassle! I bought my 2007 Honda CRV from Remington Auto Parts back in 2018. Mike was incredible to work with, so kind and generous with his time. He answered any and every question I had for him. As a young 16 year old buying my first car, Mike was an amazing resource to have. He is honest and wise, he knows just about everything regarding cars and mechanics and I can’t rave about his work ethic enough! Remington Auto parts is an amazing place! Purchased car for my teen and we have become devoted service customers since. The owners are always honest. The prices are good and I feel like they have never taken advantage of us. Recently, I needed some work done to car and Remington auto knew what the dealership quoted. Remington’s charge was 1/3 of the dealer’s quote! (I honestly did not expect that big of a difference but I am so thankful) I brought car back to dealer (free inspections) and they commented the work was done was impressive. Never have I doubted any work and car is running great:)

I bought my 2006 Toyota Camry from him about two years ago, and it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The car ran perfectly from the start and had no issues at all after I bought it. As time has gone on, I’ve needed some routine maintenance and small repairs, and he’s always been my go-to. The past couple of times I’ve taken my car in, he’s saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what I would’ve paid elsewhere. On top of that, he gets the work done quickly, which really helped when I needed my car back in time to head back to school. It’s rare to find someone this honest, skilled, and reliable. I completely trust him with my car and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Needed an engine wiring harness for a customer's Scion TC. I called several yards and no other yards were willing to sell me the harness. Remington not only sold it to me at a great price, but they had it off the vehicle and ready to ship to me in Ohio. Thank you for the great service!

I recently got a replacment rim for my 2013 Durango I called Karen and she had the Best one for me in the area. So I made the Drive down from MD. Karen and her staff were very helpful in getting the rim for me and once i got it mounted at my tire place i go to O Happy day My truck rides Better and smooth at sppeed that when i first got it a couple of years ago, Very Happy Customer Thanks Karen again fr you help C Houser

Not sure where the negative reviews could be coming from. I’ve had several interactions with Mike and he is amazing. Truly a good human being, who has gone out of his way for multiple people I know. Whether your buying by a vehicle or parts from his savage yard. It really doesn’t get any better than this place.

I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Michael, the owner of Remington Auto. The service was spectacular, I don’t usually shop at used car dealerships so I was pleasantly surprised with the insane attention to detail and quality (they even vacuumed the floor mats before I picked it up!). Fast forward 2 years and the car still works flawlessly. I was recently thinking about how nice the car was and was inspired to leave a review. I’m so happy I choose to buy a car through Remington Auto parts. The customer service is spot on and most importantly the car works flawlessly. 5 stars from me!

Remington Auto Parts and it's owner Michael Georgia sold me a 2016 Acura MDX four years ago. He told me he bought it at an auction and guaranteed it with a strong warranty that gave me a lot of confidence. The car is everything Michael said it was and I love driving it. It has been problem free. If you need a reliable vehicle, I would highly recommend Remington Auto Parts. He has a great reputation for honesty as well as unlimited car knowledge.

Be aware that their 30 day warranty starts at the time of purchase and not after install. It’s impossible to find a transmission mechanic that’s not backed up. Our certified mechanic concluded that Remington Auto Parts sold us a defective transmission which they refused to return or replace. I have concerns of how they’re testing their transmissions that hold their guarantee to work properly.

Karen was really patient and helpful in quoting parts for my car. They just didn’t have the right color otherwise I would immediately purchase from them. Their prices are quite reasonably and they take the parts off for you!

I had to drive 90 minutes for a $20 part. Well worth the trip. Same part different auto part yard $60. They were very nice. Best price around. I'll definitely call them first next time. They specialize in foreign auto parts.

I've been using this place for the last 3 years for both parts and and cars. They have great customer service. Their staff is always nice and courteous. I have 2 locations 1 in Charlottesville and the other is in Richmond. And my shop in Richmond prefers to use these guys. So all in all if you need parts or a whole car I truly recommend you contact Brooke and the folks at Remington auto parts.

Bought a car from them for my fiancé. Price was great. Got it home. 2 days later. Had a sensor go bad. I called Brooke, she took care of it asap with no hassle. Customer service is on point. I'd buy another car from them if I needed one. I'd buy parts too if I needed those!
