Just not what you'd expect from an auto store. Go to the other two big guys first then exercise options for Rock Auto and Amazon. They told me a perfectly fine battery was bad. Put in a new battery, no start. It was my starter. That's not all there fault but walking behind the counter and instantly coming back out and saying "It's bad" is what I didn't appreciate. And their phone system hangs up on you automatically if they don't answer.
Called and spoke to Brandon for an 88 oldsmobile part and he asked me if was a car!! Why do they have stupid and arrogant by the way working there. We have about 12 vehicles we maintain but O'Reilly has lost our business. Go to napa next door
Had battery problems. Employee James was very helpful and knowledgeable in the battery we needed. He tested our old and installed our new battery and put his customer's need top priority. We were extra satisfied with our experience there.
My husband came in for some help with his truck’s turn signals- James went above and beyond to help and by the time he left, he had all his lights and blinkers working. James was absolutely amazing!! Someone promote this guy and get him a raise!! We’ve been back and forth to a bunch of places and everyone kept saying how it was definitely going to fix the issue… we were so frustrated and James made it so easy. Felt like he actually listened and knew exactly what to do!! Thanks so much!!!
I've always gone to a different parts store in all honesty, to keep warranties consolidated, but I broke down, this O'Reilly's had my part two miles away. Douglas made sure I didn't leave my bracket and helped find the right tool to move it. Losing an alternator on the way to the beach stinks but still making it before sunset was awesome - Thanks Folks!
I visited this store to simply purchase 2 windshield wipers. It was barely drizzling outside. I approached a young man that was working behind tbe counter and told him that i woild like to purchase some windshield wipers and would like him to help me put them on. He told me directly to my face that he couldn't do that and i asked him why not as this is the stores standard proceedure. His direct responce was that, he did not want his shirt to get wet. Go firgue.#,=>÷78÷@. I will never stop at that store ever again. Very disappoonted.
Parts I needed were in stock. The store definitely has a nice wide selection of anything a person would need to clean and maintain their vehicles. The customer service was smooth and quick. I am very pleased that Windsor got an O'Reilly's auto parts store. I will definitely be spending more money there soon lol.
Superb service from Kristopher. I was far from home, scared of breaking down and my car was running hot. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. So thankful for his help! Can't say enough!
By far the sorriest group that has ever worked auto parts! 1/2 of them seem stoned most of the time. Unapologetic when they make you wait 24 hours then order the wrong part altogether.
Went in first thing in the morning to get tail light bulbs and windshield where fluid. The lady told me which bulbs I needed and checked me out was having a detailed conversation about her private life with another employee. Maybe if she had focused on the task at hand instead of yapping she would have realized that you can't replace the bulb on my vehicle it has LED lights. The entire tail light assembly has to be replaced. On top of that waste of money she tied the bag with the bulbs to the windshield washer fluid jug. This some how caused the lid to loosen and half of the contents spilled out into my car in the 5 minute drive home.
