Great customer service and communication. Was able to schedule a tow very quickly to take my car to a professional mechanic. They were able to accommodate a lowered car, and were very careful with loading it. I'd highly recommend them!
Driver was very professional and easy to work with. Showed up within 30 minutes from the call. When we finally got to our destination he had to maneuver in really tight spaces and actually got it thru in one shot.

Have a very low car that was stuck in a parking lot at an apartment complex. They showed up very quickly with updates on how close they were. They were very careful not to damage anything due to the car being so low. Amazing price for the area and a great guy highly recommend. Hands down the best around.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the services of Golden Lucky Towing with Alejandro. He set a new standard in the towing for me. The response time was before the time I was quoted, significantly quicker than any other service I've used in the past. If you have ever had your car towed you are familiar with the “we’ll be there within a specific time” and the company show up an hour after the quoted time because they know you’re not going anywhere.
In addition, he handled my vehicle as if it was coming off a showroom floor.
